Manager Communication: Natasha noted that on the weekends, if the opening floor manager can turn the frozen machines to slush it would help a lot. Especially in lobby bar. It is so hot down there and it takes a long time. 
The ice machine downstairs was off and hadn't made ice this morning. Another humid hot weekend of major ice consumption. I moved the air mover to it and advised the servers in Theater 7 to keep the air towards the machine. -LB 
Printed draft labels for menu change and gave the bar team a run down of what is on it's way out so they know when to 86 something.- LB
Some water cups mixed in with grey racks from last night, I asked Lead Servers to remind new servers and runners.-LB
I think we need more walkies-LB

BAR Staff Observations: Smooth sailing today with everyone making sure we have what we need team-wide.  Patrick had a great idea, he forgot to put the guest's # on a ticket, he wanted me to radio the kitchen but I said it was not the right time. So we made a note and taped it to the runner's table. Elliot saw it and he found the guest. -LB

Theater service was wildly busy, and the team was really great all around. Patrick did a great job in the well - he seems to be getting faster and more comfortable with expo. Greg is excellent support, and with Jeshua handling guests at Trees, everything stayed tidy and well stocked. Darius and Jericho easily handled the lobby. The extra staffing made it a breeze, and no one had to pull overly long shifts. - IP

FOH Staff Observations: Everyone really hustling today. No drinks dying in the station. Big Ups to the Super Hustlin-LB

Agreed for evening service. Kyah is outstanding drink support. Nothing sat at the pass for longer than a few minutes. Service was really operating like a well-oiled machine. - IP

Prep List: Zombie.  Natasha made Bloody mix, FWWM, lemonade. I have a list going for Matthew tomorrow, Ian please add to it and Jenn let him know what need making.-LB

Finished up the list for Matthew for tomorrow: Moneypenny, Rebel, Margarita and Negroni Kegs (the negroni and marg kegs are almost totally empty - you can either batch the new ones in cambros or empty the old kegs into store'n'pours to refill them), and Arbol Tequila. Looks like the other stuff across the board is stocked, and I want to be careful about over-batching right into menu-change. - IP

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: US foods, Baldor, To Rise coming tomorrow-LB

Maintenance:  The beer tower closest to the service well needs some shims to bring up the sagging middle section. I tried to find some in Juan's office, but no luck. Added to maintenance doc. An old fashioned almost slid off today.-LB

Manager Communication: Wyatt and I opened up the building in preparation for a very busy "Do the Right Thing" - otherwise it was a very quiet.  We don't get the FOH blog, so Ian didn't know about the grease trap back up, which caused some confusion this morning. Vlad said he would get to the drain in theaters 1/2 another day since today was a literal washout.-LB I put signs up to tell people to not put bags on the top of the ice machines, not considering the language barrier of Markenson etc.  I went through it with him after he replaced the boxes because he is so thorough, I believe he understood what I meant. -LB Timothy needs to get a run down about wearing an ear piece, he left his walkie on the water station, didn't even realize it. Manager Communication: Not much really happened tonight. Slow night in Tree's. - AB2 BAR Staff Observations: Gabrielle took the early cut since Tevon was willing to stick it out. Smooth sailing with no major kids films popping off.-LB I got Tevon out of here shortly after my arrival around 5. I then got Patrick out around 6:45. I was able to get Matthew out after the rush settled and he was out at 9:30. Jeshua closed Lobby and Fran closed in Tree's. - AB2 Special Events?  Team America World Police. Prep List: Natasha cranked out a big batch list: double Jurassic, Tang simple, infinity, lemonades, Moneypenny keg, bloody, she couldn't make bloody concentrate since kitchen didn't get garlic delivered-LB I batched a - Margarita - AB2 Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: US Foods, Baldor coming tomorrow.  Manhattan arriving tomorrow Maintenance: I put the faces back on both ice machines they both seem happy. Manager Communication: GATE UPDATE: The gate was weird coming down today. It opened yesterday without issue. But it kind of needs to be put up then down. It is a few inches from the ground, safe enough for us, but definitely something to keep an eye on. -LB Opened the building with Wyatt - No Budge was sold out but chill, same with the first couple screenings of Minecraft. Other than one absolutely dreadful guest (more on that below), everything was super smooth. - IP Ordered Green goblin since Theater 2 was having a drain back up. -LB Having Trees open to the public during this party is fine, however I think we need to avail the Trees cocktails to those customers but have to mitigate those being ordered when it is this busy. -LB I tested the Brix for To infinity. It is 15. I think the issue is the coconut milk (oil) and other ingredients have different freezing temps. I think if we push the mix every few hours it will be fine, but happy to adjust recipe if needed. -LB Ordered 2 cases ...
