Manager Communication:
Superman continues to chug along, and the team continues to hit the mark. Great work from the team all around today and tonight. - IP

Customer Comments:
We had a guest whose card was charged the correct amount in our system, but the charge that came up on his bank statement had a 20% additional charge on it. We told him that we had nothing to do with the extra $15 and to check with his card company to see what it might be. Just noting it here in case there is a follow-up. (Guest named Isaiah Aguilar, seat 3105 in 5:10 Smurfs, ticket #D14) - IP

BAR Staff Observations:
Business levels continue to be very strong. Eddington is picking up and the crowd is definitely drinking. Tevon and Greg share the game ball tonight. Both pulled long shifts and helped to ensure super smooth service. Jeshua is always a lobby hero and tonight was no exception. - IP

FOH Staff Observations:
Kat and Jeremy were really helpful tonight. - IP

Hiring/Training:
Michael the new security guard is AWESOME. Asking all the right questions, and jumping in to help direct guests already. I am so happy to have him on board. - IP

Prep List: 
Using Giffard Triple Sec in lieu of PF Dry Curaçao for the Eddington drink special. JH

All Trees cocktails now have back up cheaters, and they are stocked behind the bar.  We will need to order more Planteray OFTD before we can make another cheater of From Here to Eternity. JH

Stock behind bars is good to get through the opening rounds tomorrow, but at some point we will need to batch Big Blue, Gunther, Violet Violet, and probably more Tornado Wrangler. Flew through a lot of product! - IP

Maintenance:
I know we're on this, but just reiterating the middle door on the lowboy closes to the service pass in Trees. The bar team is getting understandably frustrated with how much it hinders flow of service, so the sooner we can get it fixed the better. - IP

Filmbot Issues: 
There was no back up Filmbot paper in the projection booth at Lobby this morning.  Carly was able to grab us some rolls (9) from NWB, but we will need to place an order for more. JH

Manager Communication: Wyatt and I opened up the building in preparation for a very busy "Do the Right Thing" - otherwise it was a very quiet.  We don't get the FOH blog, so Ian didn't know about the grease trap back up, which caused some confusion this morning. Vlad said he would get to the drain in theaters 1/2 another day since today was a literal washout.-LB I put signs up to tell people to not put bags on the top of the ice machines, not considering the language barrier of Markenson etc.  I went through it with him after he replaced the boxes because he is so thorough, I believe he understood what I meant. -LB Timothy needs to get a run down about wearing an ear piece, he left his walkie on the water station, didn't even realize it. Manager Communication: Not much really happened tonight. Slow night in Tree's. - AB2 BAR Staff Observations: Gabrielle took the early cut since Tevon was willing to stick it out. Smooth sailing with no major kids films popping off.-LB I got Tevon out of here shortly after my arrival around 5. I then got Patrick out around 6:45. I was able to get Matthew out after the rush settled and he was out at 9:30. Jeshua closed Lobby and Fran closed in Tree's. - AB2 Special Events?  Team America World Police. Prep List: Natasha cranked out a big batch list: double Jurassic, Tang simple, infinity, lemonades, Moneypenny keg, bloody, she couldn't make bloody concentrate since kitchen didn't get garlic delivered-LB I batched a - Margarita - AB2 Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: US Foods, Baldor coming tomorrow.  Manhattan arriving tomorrow Maintenance: I put the faces back on both ice machines they both seem happy. Manager Communication: GATE UPDATE: The gate was weird coming down today. It opened yesterday without issue. But it kind of needs to be put up then down. It is a few inches from the ground, safe enough for us, but definitely something to keep an eye on. -LB Opened the building with Wyatt - No Budge was sold out but chill, same with the first couple screenings of Minecraft. Other than one absolutely dreadful guest (more on that below), everything was super smooth. - IP Ordered Green goblin since Theater 2 was having a drain back up. -LB Having Trees open to the public during this party is fine, however I think we need to avail the Trees cocktails to those customers but have to mitigate those being ordered when it is this busy. -LB I tested the Brix for To infinity. It is 15. I think the issue is the coconut milk (oil) and other ingredients have different freezing temps. I think if we push the mix every few hours it will be fine, but happy to adjust recipe if needed. -LB Ordered 2 cases ...
