Manager Communication:
Fire alarm guys came in and fixed the lobby beeping - AB2
The Trees drawer kept getting stuck closed. I pulled it out and there was easily $2 in change, plus paper clips, litmus tests all stuck on the side. I did a fairly good job, but keeping the paperclips coming back to the office will help this issue.-LB



BAR Staff Observations: Jeshua got a little flustered after his accidental DOH button hit. There was some confusion with some folks at Trees ordering a bunch of food. I will investigate this with him later once it all is over with. Basically, he took their order for food, repeated it back (what he thought it was) and they said yes. They did not correct in the moment. Later Jeshua went down to the kitchen, but I thought he had handled it.  They had still been waiting so we rushed a fish sandwich for them.  I comped them two popcorns and a float in the theater they were in after they had dinner at Trees, I also gave them some passes. They were very understanding patrons and Jeshua obviously hates making mistakes but was not so hard on himself later. -LB

FOH Staff Observations:  Top Gun crew in Theater 1 was hustling a small crowd, but lots of drinks. -LB

Maintenance: The ice machine at Trees was not making ice when I got in and it has been fussed with since 4 pm by me. Hopefully  I got it working, but I think this could be because it is hot and humid, plus the air mover is not plugged in since the outlet is not working. -LB
I deep cleaned the air mover today. It is still pretty gnarly, but way less dusty. Both Ice machines are struggling today. I took off both face plates and will keep an eye. Trees dropped ice at 11pm.-LB

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
