Manager Communication: Ariel accidentally grabbed kitchen's lemon juice and not our big boys. So I am bringing down their quart size, and replacing 6 pack tomorrow since this box was opened today and used already.  Gus if you can leave the small 6 pack downstairs tomorrow.  This is probably because I had Stewart remind the kitchen to not take our quart lime juice box from US foods and this was a lemon juice quart size from US foods vs the gallons we get from Baldor. I told Andre.-LB
I think having more menus at Trees would be helpful and Ariel suggested mounting a basket for them next to the water station under the Sanders Theater photo would be good so people can grab them.-LB

An idea to mitigate food orders for staff, the tip pool conundrum re:runners and Trees Staff food:
Since MOD need to check with the kitchen and head back to tell the employee they can order, could servers and bartenders order from their own terminals?  MODs go around and check in each round, ie. they can discount the checks. Servers need to check themselves out before leaving and not forget to pay. Runners, could order at Lobby bar. A little easier than the business flow of Trees. Just an idea as there has been some confusion in the building as far as what it means to "get an MOD." Sometimes it feels a little weird when a customer is sitting at the bar and a server or runner wants to order food, then the bartender needs to get an MOD to discount etc.  Just feels awkward front-facing. -LB

The OF keg kicked itself off so I had to retap it. This has happened with Moneypenny a number of times as well if we want to check the pressure levels-LB
Ariel and I organized bar replacement pieces etc into the bins in the liquor room.  Will continue this project ahead of the dumbwaiter situation-LB

Customer Comments: Nithya told me about two people not liking their spritzes. I think this is common as people don't know Select. Would like to think about making aperol spritz for theaters as it is the same amount of steps as Select Spritz. -LB

BAR Staff Observations:  Patrick cruised the lobby tonight helping lots of guests. Natasha, Lydia and Greg knocked out some back to back business, a decent Trees crowd, and a quick pre-Running man buzz.-LB
Patrick is an amazing closer Monday in lobby. He grabs the restock for Trees every week.-LB

FOH Staff Observations: Andrew is very observant and hard-working.-LB

Baldor coming tomorrow-LB

Maintenance:
Lowboy homies did not show up today at 11. I called and the guy I spoke to said that they dropped the ball. They messed up and no one told the tech to come here... He said that he cannot get anyone here today but that someone will come tomorrow between 11am-1pm. Number is (516) 378-1176. - AB2
I called again and stressed the importance of coming in earlier. He told me that standard service takes about an hour and a half. Whoever is opening tomorrow, could you call the number above at about 9-10am? If no one can get to it, I can call. Ask how they're doing and any updates on them coming at 11am. Homie I spoke to's name is Malachi (not sure if he's bullshitting me on his name but I have a feeling that he is). - AB2
Regarding above, I tried to call them 4 times as well. Left my callback number twice, tried to reach the plumbing contact from the vendor list and his extension does not work. I also downloaded their app that someone needs to activate me to use. So if they don't come tomorrow I will find another company, I am surprised they have dropped the ball being that we have an active contract with them for the grease traps.-LB
The hose for the lobby frozen machines didn't fit? So they were not sprayed down this morning, if we possibly need a new hose or a different attachment to facilitate this maintenance. -LB
