Manager Communication: Reminder to tomorrow Lauren, cut the signs off the gate before opening it!

Customer Comments: A frazzled woman in the lobby restroom was upset that the large (ADA) stall was out of service in the lobby ladies' room. Not much to say here, but perhaps we might consider making a second ADA stall out of the broken one in the middle, so there is one available in case one is out of order?-LB

BAR Staff Observations: Very steady and busy night at Trees. Lydia stuck around through the first rush of 9pm Superman. 

FOH Staff Observations: Drinks being grabbed faster than a speeding bullet (silver bullet Coors light). Hard work all around.-LB 
Nithya needs a reminder to say corner when leaving and entering Trees. I told her this yesterday and she nearly collided with Kyah holding a tray tonight. -LB

Hiring/Training: Thank you Gus for getting us such a stellar interim bartender, we knew we wouldn't have him long but he ruled.  Jericho will be missed.-LB



Special Events? Death Becomes Her. 

Staff Meeting Agenda notes: 
Big fan of the stock update note on the walk-in as we move towards menu change at the end of the week.  Makes communicating much less of a game of telephone, and opening bartenders really appreciated it. JH


Prep List: 
Matthew was able to check everything off the prep list, and we are looking in good shape for this week heading into menu change. JH


Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: 
Baldor, To Rise, and US Foods all arrived before doors. JH

Maintenance: The dry wall hooks in the projection closet that hold the keys are quite loose.-LB

Manager Communication: Wyatt and I opened up the building in preparation for a very busy "Do the Right Thing" - otherwise it was a very quiet.  We don't get the FOH blog, so Ian didn't know about the grease trap back up, which caused some confusion this morning. Vlad said he would get to the drain in theaters 1/2 another day since today was a literal washout.-LB I put signs up to tell people to not put bags on the top of the ice machines, not considering the language barrier of Markenson etc.  I went through it with him after he replaced the boxes because he is so thorough, I believe he understood what I meant. -LB Timothy needs to get a run down about wearing an ear piece, he left his walkie on the water station, didn't even realize it. Manager Communication: Not much really happened tonight. Slow night in Tree's. - AB2 BAR Staff Observations: Gabrielle took the early cut since Tevon was willing to stick it out. Smooth sailing with no major kids films popping off.-LB I got Tevon out of here shortly after my arrival around 5. I then got Patrick out around 6:45. I was able to get Matthew out after the rush settled and he was out at 9:30. Jeshua closed Lobby and Fran closed in Tree's. - AB2 Special Events?  Team America World Police. Prep List: Natasha cranked out a big batch list: double Jurassic, Tang simple, infinity, lemonades, Moneypenny keg, bloody, she couldn't make bloody concentrate since kitchen didn't get garlic delivered-LB I batched a - Margarita - AB2 Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: US Foods, Baldor coming tomorrow.  Manhattan arriving tomorrow Maintenance: I put the faces back on both ice machines they both seem happy. Sunday 4/6/25 Ian/Lauren

Manager Communication: GATE UPDATE: The gate was weird coming down today. It opened yesterday without issue. But it kind of needs to be put up then down. It is a few inches from the ground, safe enough for us, but definitely something to keep an eye on. -LB Opened the building with Wyatt - No Budge was sold out but chill, same with the first couple screenings of Minecraft. Other than one absolutely dreadful guest (more on that below), everything was super smooth. - IP Ordered Green goblin since Theater 2 was having a drain back up. -LB Having Trees open to the public during this party is fine, however I think we need to avail the Trees cocktails to those customers but have to mitigate those being ordered when it is this busy. -LB I tested the Brix for To infinity. It is 15. I think the issue is the coconut milk (oil) and other ingredients have different freezing temps. I think if we push the mix every few hours it will be fine, but happy to adjust recipe if needed. -LB Ordered 2 cases ...
