Menu change operations smooth sailing. -LB
Our liquor room and bar storage bins arrived, so ready to organize the bar storage closet whenever. I will start packing up non-pertinent liquor room stuff next week. -LB
Having the extra person for menu change made all of the difference -GS

BAR Staff Observations: Tevon is a legend. He was so helpful with the menu change, having that batch shift. He has a great eye for detail.-LB

The @'s (Matt, Nat and Pat) were excellent tonight (I'm workshopping the nickname). Very busy theater service was a breeze. Tevon cut out around 7:30, and Gab was charming as all get out in the lobby. Smooth night. - IP

FOH Staff Observations: 
Everyone was super helpful today. I got to see Bruce and that made my day. -GS

Alayna is awesome. Never idle at the pass - always looking for ways to help. - IP

Prep List: 
lots and lots. 

Quite stocked up in the walk-in still - did make another batch of Big Blue at the end of the night in anticipation of busy Superman screening this weekend. Did not get to making the back-up cheater bottles yet, but we didn't run through too much stock tonight so there should be some cushion to make them tomorrow. - IP

Missed the Eddington special when I was doing my list, so that will need to be done first thing tomorrow. Sorry! - IP

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping:

***One thing to note going forward is that the new Chenin and the Frizzante look mighty fricken similar. Take your time!!

Manager Communication: Wyatt and I opened up the building in preparation for a very busy "Do the Right Thing" - otherwise it was a very quiet.  We don't get the FOH blog, so Ian didn't know about the grease trap back up, which caused some confusion this morning. Vlad said he would get to the drain in theaters 1/2 another day since today was a literal washout.-LB I put signs up to tell people to not put bags on the top of the ice machines, not considering the language barrier of Markenson etc.  I went through it with him after he replaced the boxes because he is so thorough, I believe he understood what I meant. -LB Timothy needs to get a run down about wearing an ear piece, he left his walkie on the water station, didn't even realize it. Manager Communication: Not much really happened tonight. Slow night in Tree's. - AB2 BAR Staff Observations: Gabrielle took the early cut since Tevon was willing to stick it out. Smooth sailing with no major kids films popping off.-LB I got Tevon out of here shortly after my arrival around 5. I then got Patrick out around 6:45. I was able to get Matthew out after the rush settled and he was out at 9:30. Jeshua closed Lobby and Fran closed in Tree's. - AB2 Special Events?  Team America World Police. Prep List: Natasha cranked out a big batch list: double Jurassic, Tang simple, infinity, lemonades, Moneypenny keg, bloody, she couldn't make bloody concentrate since kitchen didn't get garlic delivered-LB I batched a - Margarita - AB2 Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: US Foods, Baldor coming tomorrow.  Manhattan arriving tomorrow Maintenance: I put the faces back on both ice machines they both seem happy. Manager Communication: GATE UPDATE: The gate was weird coming down today. It opened yesterday without issue. But it kind of needs to be put up then down. It is a few inches from the ground, safe enough for us, but definitely something to keep an eye on. -LB Opened the building with Wyatt - No Budge was sold out but chill, same with the first couple screenings of Minecraft. Other than one absolutely dreadful guest (more on that below), everything was super smooth. - IP Ordered Green goblin since Theater 2 was having a drain back up. -LB Having Trees open to the public during this party is fine, however I think we need to avail the Trees cocktails to those customers but have to mitigate those being ordered when it is this busy. -LB I tested the Brix for To infinity. It is 15. I think the issue is the coconut milk (oil) and other ingredients have different freezing temps. I think if we push the mix every few hours it will be fine, but happy to adjust recipe if needed. -LB Ordered 2 cases ...
