Manager Communication: I cleaned the lobby frozen machines, got them back together eventually. Much respect Ian. Tevon did the bubblers since I did not get to them.-LB
Ian and I swapped a shorter glass shelf for the long one in lobby bar, so the frozen machines have some circulation. I put a clip on fan on that glass shelf so we don't have to keep the air mover on the bar.-LB
Ian and I stacked and rearranged a dubious walk-in. -LB
Jenn, please make sure Fran gets to take his new hire quiz again head of his shift tomorrow if he beats me here, I did not get to rewrite anything yet, but I think he will do well now that we went over things. -LB
Lobby bar ice machine stopped making ice after it got fully depleted. I took off the face and put small air blower on it. So hopefully it can get it's act together. I will be in touch with Matthew if we need Dio to come by while Gus is gone, I have the number as well.-LB

Juneteenth Eve was no joke! Trees was packed all night and Materialists continues to crush. Lobby ice machine began to work again. Both machines were making ice, but the compressors in both units were getting extraordinarily hot, so I opted to turn them off for a good chunk of the evening to cool them down - popped them back on before I left and got the air movers point blank up in there. - IP

BAR Staff Observations: 
We are lucky they are all pretty awesome. -LB

A hearty Amen to that. Matthew and Gab kicked ass in Trees tonight and Jeshua held it down in the lobby

Ordered another tube of lubricant for frozen machines so there is one on each floor. Also a case of mugs. -LB

Stamp pads for BRIC ordered. 
Maintenance: I cleaned all coffee carafes and filter baskets.-LB
I have a functional plan to keep the drains clear behind both bars, will report back. -LB

Mobilebytes Issues:
The iPad with the drawer at Trees is being finicky about charging - someone might want to take a look at it. It doesn't seem to be in any danger of dying during service, but we're heading in that direction. - IP

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
