Manager Communication: Conner asked me if the Theater 5 service station could get one of the black holders I got for paper towels for that station. I told him I would run it up the chain, since those areas are not my area. But I feel like C-folds are never a bad thing to have around. -LB

Ice machines had ice when we opened. So far they have been good for the last 3 hours. I think having the front plate off the one at Trees helps it stay cool, but obviously not a long term solution. Soda was rehooked and still waiting for Coca cola.-LB

Damon stopped by, we talked about both ice machines in detail. He emphasized the importance of the machines being able to have good air flow for cooling.  He mentioned that pulling out the Trees machine to fully get behind it and clean out those vents/fans would be a good choice upon next cleaning visit.  I told him I would try to get the vent cleared and perhaps install a fan that faces down towards the machine to aid in air flow. I do think a wire mountable fan, like a 10 inch fan on the molding frame would help and would not disturb service tickets.-LB

Coca cola came through. Definitely the compressor, the metal  was flattened from wear on the inside.  He replaced the entire unit. -LB

The root beer at Trees lounge isn't working.  Tried the number for Eduardo, I don't really have any more troubleshooting in me this weekend.-LB

4pm, the dishwasher at Trees Lounge turned into the bubble making car from Willy Wonka. Luckily it was just the cap to the sprayer and everything is fine now.-LB

Ian gave the RB a good ole try at a fix, but we need to call Coke back to fix it. -LB

Stuck around to help James out with an end of night walkthrough because we had no security. Otherwise everything was smooth. - IP

Customer Comments: A man was bugging out that he was in a Sinners showings that was OCAP. So I just gave him passes to a later showing since he was just incapable of ignoring the captions. I am informing floor managers to delete passes post show-LB

I issued a refund to a woman who was having a day.  She lost her credit cards and could not find them, I felt she would have lost any gift card I put the credit on. -LB

Had a seemingly inebriated and/or mentally ill man who is known to come into bars in the area and loiters in a concerning way. Carly caught him prowling the first floor hallway, then he bee-lined it for the Trees bathroom. I intercepted him there, asked to see the ticket he claimed to have, and when he could not produce said ticket, I escorted him out of the building. He tried to come back about ten minutes later claiming he "left his wallet in the theater". I said, point blank, "Sir, unless you can prove to me you purchased a ticket to the show you were claiming to be in, I am not letting you in there." And he gave up and left for good. Unfortunate that security was unable to be present today, but ultimately I handled the issue with little difficulty. - IP

BAR Staff Observations:  Natasha got a super early cut today because slow numbers and she has been cranking out covering shifts.-LB

I don't think Maya clocked out for her break, she takes fairly decent breaks and no one else in the bar pool really does, so I think she should be clocking out? -LB

Team did a great job tonight. Jeshua made another good observation that we are overstocked on glass pint glasses now, so he removed four racks of pints and I transferred them down to the lobby - any extra we have no room for I will find a place for in the liquor room or elsewhere. - IP

Prep List: 2 Lemonades, 2 FWWM. Tang syrup.-LB I put some vanilla paste in the Tang, so you may notice some flecks. It tastes yummy. Sorry for taking the vanilla note so belatedly but it is good.-LB

Maintenance: I think having the air vent that is tucked above the ice machine at trees thoroughly vacuumed would help the air flow for that machine. It is caked with dust. 

I spoke with Vlad and Markenson about this. It will be taken care of this week.-LB

Dish machine at trees was spraying water out of the top spray arm in the machine because one of the end caps somehow became unscrewed and fell off. Easy fix - if the machine ever starts doing something weird or not cleaning glasses, first thing to always check are the spray arms inside the machine - top and bottom. It's usually something hinky with one of them - seed stuck in opening, cap off, stuck on something, et.al. - IP
