Manager Communication: Ice machine in lobby is doing well. Ice machine at Trees is still pulling itself together this morning. 
Beeping in lobby from the gate that needs its batteries changed was fierce, got it to stop after about 5 minutes of holding the buttons down.-LB
Got everything prepped for Trivia-LB

Came in to everything set up and ready to go - thank you! Besides one nearly sold out F1 in theater 2, and the AC snafu in theater 5 and subsequent rigmarole at the box office, it was a mellow evening. Propped open the saloon doors next to the Trees pass to promote some of the cooler air from the lounge area to percolate near the ice machine. It helps for air circulation in general. - IP 

Customer Comments:
The AC being out in Th 5 was a big bummer for a lot of folks, but for the most part everyone was understanding. - IP

BAR Staff Observations: 
Super slow - cut Tevon by 2pm. Maya got out of here shortly after 4. -LB

Fran stuck around and helped Darius out in the lobby for a sold out Theater 3 dinner round, then got outta here around 7:30. Greg and Jeshua didn't have too many crazy theater rushes to worry about, but the lounge has definitely become a popular weekend spot for those looking to dodge the heat after hangin' in the park, so they stayed busy. Love to see it. - IP

FOH Staff Observations:
Big fan of Sam - such lovely energy and always hustling. - IP

Staff Meeting Agenda notes:  
Remind bar staff to not keep personal food in lowboys. -LB

Prep List: 
Party time, Pistolero, For Closers Only back ups. I will pick up some ricotta tomorrow so we can make more Rose of Versailles we have a bunch of the other ingredients left-LB

Should be pretty groovy upon opening tomorrow. Will need to make another Margarita keg, but it's not dire. - IP

US foods & Baldor coming tomorrow-LB

The bar mats behind Trees Lounge have seen better days - might be time to think about getting some new ones back there. - IP

Maintenance: Trees machine saying slow water fill, so I will change the other filters with Gus Tues. It turned itself back on today after giving this code, so will hopefully see it do that again.-LB

Trees machine was off when I came in. Gonna let it sit for a while before trying to turn it back on - bin is full enough to coast through service tonight. Lobby machine is operational. - IP

Lobby machine is chugging away. Tried my best , but after twenty or so minutes of trying to get back on track, the Trees machine keeps shutting itself down and giving the same reading that Lauren mentioned from earlier today. - IP

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
