Manager Communication:
Tree's cash had a $5 bill in the singles bundle. I put the $5 in the Over/Under and took a dollar to even the Tree's bank. - AB2
Sound proofing people came in today. All their stuff is in the Mezz so Mezzanine is closed today. All lights need to be turned off tonight before leaving. One of the guys was getting shocked so please do not turn the lights on tomorrow if you come in and things look different. The keys to the light box are in the MOD office in the key box. The keys are labeled "49 TREE LIGHT BOX." Please put them back. We don't wanna lose those. AB2

BAR Staff Observations:  Greg hung around for the expected post-sports crowd. Trees got popping as could be with the mezz closed, a welcome bump for a rather slow day.-LB

Maintenance: So the broken coffee machine at Trees that we use for hot water is no longer heating water. It appears there is power going to the unit since the LED that is taped over is still illuminated, however I do think the heating element may have died. If Juan can take a look? I think replacing this unit with a more streamline hot water source could help with air circulation for the side panels of the ice machine. Happy to help diagnose this issue tomorrow. Until we have a fix, we can grab hot water downstairs and fill a carafe with hot water for busier service days.-LB

I replaced the water filters in Trees Lounge and the ice machine has been on making ice for a few hours.-LB
Downstairs ice machine was hot but cranking ice because the grey flap had been taken out. I put it back in and put the face back on. The fan is now pointing at it. I think it seems stable for now. I turned it off, it is still full above the sensor so I am not going to turn it back on until I arrive tomorrow.-LB
I bleached and deep cleaned the Trees dishpit. Lights are off, key is back in the box-LB

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
