Manager Communication:  I decided to hold rolling out the new cambro cups tonight so we can make some good decisions as a team. I am going to wash a bunch of them so they are good to go for service.-LB 
I unpacked and washed 36 16oz cambros, had a few cracked from packaging, will keep a running tally to ask Webstaurant for credits. I will try to do another three boxes if these look decently dry. -LB
We can do Sad Mix for trivia tomorrow. Gus as I see Jenn is not on tomorrow, if it is helpful for me to come in earlier tomorrow, knowing what we want to get done, let me know.-LB


BAR Staff Observations: Maya needed a reminder that we don't do small plates to go unless the patron wants to pack the stuff up themselves. I went over it with her.  Lydia got out of here at 8pm after a thorough restock and preparing both bars for the night.-LB
Greg wanted to communicate that we should be mentioning there are "daily specials" to guests in the lobby about Trees lounge rather than saying "happy hour" to curb expectations. This seems minor, but we could see what economically works for the next menu change for the specials-LB
Trees had great Monday vibes as we have grown to expect, Greg got out of around 9:15pm.-LB

FOH Staff Observations: Fredo is always such a positive presence with a smile. -LB

Hiring/Training: Thursdae seems super cool and enthusiastic to be a part of the NH team. Monica came in and filled out the notes-LB



Staff Meeting Agenda notes: really informing the team about the new cups/protocols.-LB

Lost & Found?: Maya had a good catch with someone's card left behind at Lobby bar, got it to them in the theater-LB
There seems to be a razor scooter and helmet that was left on the staff stairwell landing sometime in the last week, if we want to move it to L&F or if anyone clocked an email about it.-LB

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping:
We got Baldor and US Foods today. - AB2
We got the pint cups in today... I am a fan. They seem pretty fresh. - AB2
Baldor coming tomorrow with a small bounty-LB

Maintenance: The drain at Trees dishpit seems like it is taking a while to drain, but I also changed out the water in the machine when I am doing a lot of dishes, so it could be normal.-LB



Filmbot Issues: We were issuing discounted tickets to Grace and only one printed. Since it was Grace and Thursdae seeing it, I didn't reprint. Maya suspects the internet went out for a moment, just wanted to let you know in case it helps diagnose any issues we are having.-LB

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
