Manager Communication:
Pretty normal day here at the hawk. Wasn't buck city. Bars were not too hectic. I was able to get Fran out after that Downstairs dinner round settled and Jeshua followed soon after. - AB2

We were running a little low on pint cups. It was not too close to where I had to whip open a new box but we may need to soon. - AB2
Runners and Servers were doing a great job not putting any pint cups with water cups. I helped with a good amount of flips and did not see anyone mix them up or even put the Pint cups where the water cups belong. - AB2

BAR Staff Observations: 
Natasha was an hour late today. She texted me at 5:33 that she was going to be late. She texted me a second time at 6:26 stating that her ETA was 6:50. I read this at around 7:01 and she arrived shortly after. I was busy in the building and did not respond immediately. I ended up writing her up... I later learned that she was having a bad day and had a panic attack and I was unaware until we spoke during the write up. I want to give her grace but expressed that this was just policy. No one likes to do write ups and I really didn't want to but felt I had to considering that it was an hour. - AB2 

FOH Staff Observations:
Rebecca, Bre, Tiffany, Alayna, Erika, and Quetzie killed it today. - AB2

Hiring/Training: Franny 1st live shift.

Special Events: 
Birthday peeps came in today and were cool and chill. - AB2

Prep List:
Should be stocked for the weekend
plenty of FWWM, Leomnade, arbol, simple, syrups for specials. 

I batched some Iced Tea
Old Fashioned kicked. I cleaned the keg and put the clean one right in front of the attached keg. - AB2

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: 
Baldor arriving tomorrow. JH

Southern today
Sarene (random Saturday delivery) tomorrow   

Maintenance:
Tree's dish pit nozzle is broken as we all know. I checked the maintenance doc and Juan mentioned we have to order a new one because the water pressure is normal and that the valve is open to the max. I just wanna check to see if it has been ordered. - AB2

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. JH BAR Staff Observations:  Busy from the moment doors opened, with both bars navigating sold out theaters throughout the day.  Patrick was a big help with second round rushes and getting the first push of special event drinks out at Trees. JH Patrick and Darius had a good rapport in lobby tonight, which was really great to see. Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
