Manager Communication: 
Gus stopped by on both ends of the day to check in with everyone.-LB 

Pretty mellow evening, with things definitely winding down after the last round Sinners had seated.  Service was pretty steady throughout the evening, and Trees had a nice little crowd until about 10:30pm. JH

BAR Staff Observations: 
Really smooth work across both bars tonight, with Jeshua and Matthew handling a pretty busy Trees bar and service pass, and Gabrielle walking Jericho through the finer points of Lobby Bar.  Matthew was able to get out of here once the late round Sinners had passed through its initial service push, and service went smoothly for the rest of the evening. JH

FOH Staff Observations: 
Conner is really great about running glassware or helping organize drink trays whenever he is at the service pass and has a spare moment. JH

Hiring/Training: 
Jericho in for Orientation and more training, will do server trail today for a bit. 
My bad yesterday, I forgot to blog Tevon's response in the binder for Jericho, he basically said the same thing as Monday adding that Jericho would do well to have more time on Filmbot to assimilate.-LB

Jericho is with Rebecca on a round in theater 2. Will return to lobby bar for a close with Gabrielle.-LB

Gabrielle and Rebecca gave Jericho glowing reviews, and he is definitely settling in behind both bars.  He is in for his Day 4 training tomorrow. JH

Prep List: 
I started a Friday batch list for Tevon, that Gus/Jenn can add to. It is in the bar basket on the clipboard.-LB

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: 
Baldor came, EVT, Union, Pinot Noir.-LB

Scheduled Baldor for Sat, sent Jenn what is coming, in case anything needs to be added.-LB

US Foods coming Friday. -LB

Added vinegar to the US Foods order and will be sure to update the Saturday morning Baldor order if necessary. JH

Maintenance: 
bleached and scrubbed bar prep sinks. -LB

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. JH BAR Staff Observations:  Busy from the moment doors opened, with both bars navigating sold out theaters throughout the day.  Patrick was a big help with second round rushes and getting the first push of special event drinks out at Trees. JH Patrick and Darius had a good rapport in lobby tonight, which was really great to see. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
