Manager Communication: Ian, like a boss swapped the big boy bubbler up to Trees Lounge. We can revisit the placement/shelf shortening after a couple weeks. -LB

Carly caught another broken airpot top, ordered a replacement. -LB

I made a batch list for Tevon for Friday. -LB

Frozen machine in lobby has been freezing slowly, but this is probably because the bartenders think 5 is the coldest, but Italians do things differently, 1 is the coldest. Jenn if you can touch upon this in the bar update this week please.-LB

Bustling night on all three floors, with plenty of second and third round screenings filling up.  Trees also had a fairly decent crowd all night, which tapered off around the same time the initial ST&B service push mellowed. JH

BAR Staff Observations: 
Solid team on tonight, with both Matthew and Tevon sticking around to get each bar through a busy start to the third round.  Jeshua and Gabrielle closed each bar without issue. JH

Special Events? 
Just a heads up that ST&B wrapped up much closer to midnight than the 11:35 on the cue sheet.  I don't know if we want to potentially move the showtime up for After Dark, but this happens more often with the weeknight shows.  It didn't disrupt anything tonight, but figured it has happened enough to keep an eye on the next couple. JH

Staff Meeting Agenda notes: 
Jenn for the bartender email could you please remind them that the left door at Trees lounge keeps getting stuck and left open, so be mindful of all the lowboys being closed. 
Please don't cut the end of the fruit for the wheels. No ends of citrus should end up in a customer's drink. Frozen machine note from above and lastly reminding them to take dirty cambros etc from bar prep sinks after a restock.-LB

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
