Manager Communication: 
Ice machine at Trees has been addressed by Gus the ice champ. -LB

The special screening tonight was nicely sold and we had a good amount of people stick around to watch the end of the Pacers game. Darius was a dear and cleared out a decent chunk of product from the Trees lowboys to make it easier to move them to clean behind them tomorrow morning (as was discussed in our meeting today). - IP

BAR Staff Observations:
Greg and Darius were great in Trees. Darius is always a fun hang at the bar for the guests, and Greg is a beast in the service well - so as a duo they fit nicely together. Patrick stuck around til the sold out 8:30 Sinners in 7 quieted down, and then Lydia easily handled a chill lobby evening. - IP

FOH Staff Observations: 
Kat is always killin it. - IP

Special Events?
The screening of "The Bitter Tears..." was well sold and people seemed to really like it! Got a decent bar pop afterward. - IP

Staff Meeting Agenda notes:
We chatted about mezzanine procedure, bussing tables, and glassware. Also chatted about film feast. Was fun! - IP

Prep List: I batched 3 lemonades, Into the Void, Tea, Simples Syrup, Smoke, FWWM, Ian got us a Back to the Jungle.-LB

There will be some stuff to shore up tomorrow, and I will make a list and get it started. - IP

Pay Outs:

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: New ice buckets arrived.  I am fixing one of the broken back ups, so putting that up top in liquor room.-LB

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. JH BAR Staff Observations:  Busy from the moment doors opened, with both bars navigating sold out theaters throughout the day.  Patrick was a big help with second round rushes and getting the first push of special event drinks out at Trees. JH Patrick and Darius had a good rapport in lobby tonight, which was really great to see. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
