Manager Communication: Lots of coverage tonight. Pretty steady. Nice pop around the screening.

Customer Comments: We had a lady who was pretty dejected that she showed up to the wrong Nitehawk, but her friends came to the right one. I called Charlie, we sorted it out, got her the credit. Turned the bad experience into a good one.

BAR Staff Observations: Tevon and Matthew held it down in Natasha's absence. Patrick and Jeshua handled the lobby

FOH Staff Observations: Bruce was really on it tonight. Anthony is great, but he never pays his tab in real time.

Hiring/Training: Closing in on someone.

Sick Leave/ Call outs: 
Natasha called out sick.  Marked on 7Shifts. JH

Staff Meeting Agenda notes: 
Binders have been updated with the FD:B drink special build, and the build sheets for the bars have been updated to be printed and posted tomorrow. JH

Lilo & Stitch drink special recipe is on the Drive.  I will email the Staff Description Monday morning, and update the Menu Sheet. JH

Filmbot Issues: 
The terminal at Lobby kept throwing up some weird error messages whenever I tried to change a ticket price, but the issue was rectified once I quit and restarted the app.  Patrick mentioned it had shown a similar error message about the printer earlier in the day and that a reset had gotten rid of the problem.  Unsure if it was a fluke, or a new Filmbot intricacy. JH

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. JH BAR Staff Observations:  Busy from the moment doors opened, with both bars navigating sold out theaters throughout the day.  Patrick was a big help with second round rushes and getting the first push of special event drinks out at Trees. JH Patrick and Darius had a good rapport in lobby tonight, which was really great to see. Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
