WE ARE SO BACK. Everyone was so great about jumping right back into service - it was like nothing happened. I stationed myself in the lobby for a large portion of the evening to mitigate any confusion the incoming guests had. People were very flexible for the most part, and were very excited that we are once again fully operational. 

I had to change several kegs simultaneously tonight, and took the opportunity to do some Keg-Jenga -everything is a little more organized from various deliveries we've received over the past few days that never got properly sorted. Same with the orange wine cases in the walk-in that were stacked up on the floor until I could get to them at the end of last night. They have to remain refrigerated now, so I found some space in the back corner near the STB stuff. - IP

Customer Comments: Tried to help a customer in lobby find their ticket, no luck with repeated information.I told her to screenshot and send an email showing the charges. I let them into the film, it did appear the seats they bought were greyed out on Filmbot, so unsure what happened here. Raiffe is the last name.

BAR Staff Observations: 

My blog posts largely got erased yesterday since Ian signed in on his phone and my computer lost internet. I just want to shout out the bar team for going with this disturbance and handling service with a smile. -LB

Some concerns from bar staff about tip distribution from the outage days. I told them it would be well considered and I am advocating for distributing actual cash tips. I noted there would be more information as we have it, since this is a very unprecedented event.  -LB

Bar team was magnificent. Starting today as cash only and then being able to roll with the punches and go with the flow when we got everything back up and running was a feat, considering most of the shows today were nearly or fully sold out. Darius and Jeshua were lightning fast and thoroughly prepared for the business levels, and didn't miss a beat. Patrick was very informative and patient in the lobby with lots of questions being leveled at him (especially after dealing with this situation for the last several days), and then we could not have had a better presence than Jericho behind the lobby bar. He is so friendly and relaxed -  exactly the energy we need in the lobby, particularly when experiencing difficulties requiring detailed explanations. - IP

FOH Staff Observations:

Man, these guys are good. The whole team of servers and runners (and chefs and all BOH) just got back into the swing of things immediately and service ran super smoothly. - IP

86ed / counts on items: tapped Chenin Blanc, did not know it arrived Friday. 

Prep List: 

We had good run on the new lineup of special cocktails - during service I had to throw together a Thermo Core and an Ohana - and then at EOD I made another batch of Sad Mix. Tapped a new margarita keg and rinsed out the backup keg - will need to make one of those tomorrow. Possibly also more Back in the Jungle, definitely more Iced Tea and Lemonade, and I would assume more FWWM at some point - but everything should be at good levels to get through the first round +. - IP

Over/Short on Banks: $141 turned into office from Filmbot to start today at $200. Two cash drops left in office from cash sales labeled for each bank.-LB

Money from Trees bank was a little over, but the team did a really great and precise job handling the large influx of cash today. - IP

Maintenance: There seems to be a small leak recurring at Lobby bar from the lowboys. One bartender thought it might be condensation from the compressor in the back. Just unsure if it is something that needs attention or a routine summer climate issue.-LB

Mobilebytes Issues:

Praise be to IT! Back up and running with little issue starting around 5:30p today. - IP

I will say let's stay frosty with the software - there have been some tickets that mysteriously pop up that were open when we initially crashed - they disappear and then reappear - not sure if that's a big deal, but wanted to note it here. - IP
