Manager Communication:
I saw a black bowl on top of the servers lockers yesterday, but wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, however it was still there today. Seems to be days old. -LB
I am going to put into circulation some pint glasses, then order more. We definitely break a ton, especially during these busy weekends. I also think we need a few more brown water racks. (I could not find them on webstaurant or in any docs, if anyone knows what type to order.) -LB
I broke out the last case of pints. We already broke out all our rocks and pints so I ordered more for these smashing weekends.-LB

The compressor/fan are frosting over immediately in the walk-in. Spoke with Dio, he will come in tomorrow 8:30am.
I gave Matty 3 bottles of Old Forester Bourbon, did a transfer to foodager on Bevager but just make sure I did it right please.-LB

The walk-in is chugging along - still super frosty, but keeping things cold as it should. Hopefully Dio can get to the bottom of the issue tomorrow. 
Changed out a couple of soda bags tonight and replaced the backups in the closet/lobby shelves. Still plenty of backup in the projection closet.
Things stayed relatively steady and smooth all evening. Dion and James were all over the building which allowed me to help out behind the bars when necessary - suuuuper appreciated! - IP

BAR Staff Observations: I pushed back Patrick's in-time to 1pm, told him to get here by 1:30. It was super busy last night and transit is really bad so more time for him to sleep/commute is fine the early rounds.-LB
I think having Natasha at Trees for both brunch shifts makes the most sense. She just outpaces Maya with everything. -LB
Maya needs to have a bit more adaptability.-LB 
Patty and I worked on the melon frose recipe!!

Jericho is awesome. He's so dependable behind the bar - anywhere he was needed he crushed. Patrick ran point most of the night and did a great job allowing me to expo and working at the pace I was setting. Things ran very smoothly with Patrick and Jericho as a team. Jeshua was great as always as 'The Face" of the bar. Everyone was taken care of quickly and the bar was always clear and clean. Darius ran the lobby solo for most of the evening, as I had Jericho upstairs for the busier pushes. They all did a great job tonight. - IP

FOH Staff Observations:
Bruce was on top of it tonight. Such a fun dude - lovely to work with always. - IP

Staff Meeting Agenda notes:
Just chatting with the bar team about service pass procedure during extremely busy rushes and being malleable to managerial expediting (say that three times, fast) - IP

Prep List:
tea, FWWM, lemonade, bloody, smoke, simple.-LB 
Ariel, we need a margarita keg. It is in the walk-in, I didn't get to clean it though.-LB

Nat got us good and stocked up - but you will definitely need to make more Sad Mix tomorrow. I also took the count off of both specials, so next time we batch, if we're going to keep specials on counts, let's get an accurate count and try our best to keep it as close as possible. - IP

Pay Outs:
limes for bar 26, travel 36.09, cheese for kitchen?

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: Baldor tomorrow, To Rise tomorrow.  US Foods.-LB

Maintenance: Dio will be coming tomorrow at 8:30am to check the walk-in. -LB

The hopper that contains the fob on the Threes Brewing line is finnicky. The button on top that is supposed to refill the hopper only works at a very specific angle. Don't know if that's a DraftChoice fixable issue, or if we just keep on keeping on as we have. Just wanted to get more eyes on it. - IP
 
Mobilebytes Issues: Sauv Blanc is spelled Sav Blanc on MB, might lead to more Sangiovese/ mix-ups. 
Also would it be possible to add tomato and pickle mods for the BEC, asking for a different vegetarian.-LB
