Manager Communication: The walk-in was 43 when I arrived this morning. The back of the unit is frozen and the inside is also frosted over. I turned off the fan for about an hour hoping the frost would fall. Gus knows. We should make sure Ice Medic takes a look at the walk-in.-LB
The walk-in's compressor continued to frost over on the outside and the inside. So I defrosted the back and part of the inside with hot water. Hopefully it can melt now and chill out. I posted a sign to make sure the door closes, because that can cause the compressor to amp up to the point of freezing itself. Gus is reaching out to doctors for the walk-in.-LB
Ian is now helping defrost it further.
It was going well for a while and then we turned the fan back on, and within an hour, it began to frost over again. I texted Gus, and currently have the fan turned off. - IP
UPDATE: Gus popped by and he and I defrosted the fan compartment once again, but unfortunately after about a half hour it froze back over - I am keeping the door sealed with the fan off overnight. Lauren - def check first thing to see how the thawing is going. Thanks!! - IP
BAR Staff Observations:
Phew it was BUSY tonight. All the way throughout the final round on every floor. Jeshua was wonderful in the lobby - he was very kind to allow the theater 3 servers some extra time before getting rerouted because they started a little late and were totally sold out. Patrick, Gab and Lydia handled an extremely busy night both at the service pass and the lounge very well. They stuck to their well assignments which was great, and they kept on top of many, many restocks. - IP
FOH Staff Observations:
FOH Staff Observations:
Erika absolutely crushed a sold out theater 7 almost entirely by herself (with a clutch assist from James). Jeremy was really good today in a bunch of sold out theater 1's and 2's - he takes great initiative and is doing a bang-up job. - IP

Maintenance: I epoxied the old ice bucket, should be fine, but needs to cure for 24 hours. If any other ice buckets break, we should try to find the little plastic part afterwards. LB
Mobilebytes Issues: Bar just gave them a small tea, but there is no button for unsweetened small tea, it's still peach tea. LB
