Manager Communication: 
Very quiet first round, as it was an absolutely gorgeous day outside. JH
Busy Monday. We have a nice pop in Trees from the softball teams, Knicks folks and general business. I have barely seen James and Dion as we are all just running around the building at the same time. 
Broke out more carafes for wine. I think they have gained popularity since menu change. I will try and break out more later, but it has turned into a busy night. 
Gus, I am not going to be able to burn ice and clean ice machine tonight. 

I feel like we are always short on trays, perhaps we need more? 
I threw out a bus tub that was cracked.-LB
To update everyone, you will see the ice machine with the front off. It is overproducing ice to the point it was going to overflow. I turned it off. I tried to see if I could clear the sensor, Gus wanted me to try and clean it, but I did not have time today. We need to rescrew the face on, but I wanted to leave the Face/Off to remind Gus it the machine is set to off. -LB


BAR Staff Observations: Jericho crushed it on his first live day.-LB

FOH Staff Observations:
A runner dropped food at a table in Trees lounge. Directly next to that table, were a bunch of empty plates etc.  He did not bus them. It is a little unfair that they are part of the tip pool and don't bus anything at Trees lounge when they have hands to do so-LB
Another runner dropped food in trees and left bussable items. And no one is collecting the flags.-LB
Kyah rang in a double during Eraserhead.-LB

Hiring/Training: Jericho is killing it with Greg tonight. Mondays are busy finally. Greg stayed and powered through what was a busy night, despite most theaters being a snooze. LB



Staff Meeting Agenda notes: 
Had some reps from SKI stop by Trees this afternoon hoping to get back on our radar, as we no longer order any of our draft lines from them.  Just something to put on our radar as we head into summer menu reprint r&d. JH



Prep List: Gab made a Rebel and Marg keg, two back up Trees cheaters. Bars will need more Into the Void but didn't make in case it is hitting the bricks. We also went through a ton of Firewalk during Eraserhead, go figure. 
I got to batch & prep one cocktail for Film Feast.-LB

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: Union came, US foods. 

Maintenance: The lowboy doors at Trees are grumpy. I think I am going to WD-40 the gears inside tomorrow to see if it helps.-LB
I think I will defrost the Trees freezer Wednesday. I will defrost the freezer in bar prep after Film Feast next week.-LB

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
