Manager Communication: Good coverage early. Lots of deliveries, Rebecca was rocking payroll. Carly and Jared were rocking it out. -GS

I organized the kegs with Matthew at the end of the shift. FYI The Single Cut is a 3 stack. That was the most convenient place I was able to put it in order for the other kegs to fit nicely. That keg is kicking VERY soon. I thought it would kick today. - AB2

Customer Comments:

I had a guest in TH7 101 that wanted plasticware for their salad and refused to use silverware. I asked a number of peeps and learned that we don't have any here... It was definitely an odd request but I just ended up getting some from Chipotle for her and told her I got it from there so that she knows we don't have any here for next time. She was happy and seemed fine after that. I just want to verify plasticware here. Is there a reason why we don't? This lady was definitely an odd one and in the minority of someone who would request this but would it be crazy to just have some in house for those that request it? I'm sure we won't go through much. - AB2

BAR Staff Observations: Matthew made a good suggestion that the closer on Friday and Saturday should come in at 4 and not 5, will give them time to restock and get situated before family meal, instead of it all happening at the same time. Before we re shuffle the in times and add more to payroll, I think we can think about how to better stagger things so that we get the tough stuff done before crunch time. Great observation by Matthew  -GS

Hey I spoke with Matthew on this because it has been happening the last few weeks. He thinks it makes more sense to come in earlier but also this was never a thought when Bryan was here and before. I think this is more of a conversation that could be had with Patrick about stocking better or maybe having him come in sooner. I do not know entirely but am open to talking about it and hearing suggestions. I want to consider payroll and also... to my knowledge... this was never an issue before. - AB2

Rebecca was super helpful tonight. Jovani did her thing. Caleb, Tiffany, Vinny. Those were the main ones that stood out to me today. - AB2

I spoke with Tevon about the prep shift. I did not want to have him batch tonight but we did have things that needed to be made. He was saying that he has been having to stay batching a little longer. Do we want to consider making the shift longer or...? AB2

I also want to know what is up with the extra batching experiment we did a few weeks back. It seemed like it worked out well and we did not have to batch as much during that weekend. I would like to continue doing this but is this something that we no longer want to do? - AB2

Maintenance:

The middle well (Hands well) in Trees had a screw that snapped and the liquor well dropped. Nothing broke and all product went unharmed (fresh). I found a new screw and nut in Juan's closet and fixed it and it should be good. The screw is a lil longer than the other so it comes off the chest a lil more but it is very hard to notice. Just keep and eye on it. It felt very secure but just want to be sure it is still sturdy. It is the screw on the right side (if you are bartending behind the bar). -AB2
