Manager Communication: We can use the lavender that is in the walk-in for garnish on the Snow White cocktails to get rid of it. It is pretty and still very nice looking. -LB

Long day a lots of stuff put away and organized. Liquor room and walk-in lookin good. I stuck around until 10 to make sure the bars were set before I got outta here. - IP

Customer Comments:
A bar regular (very nice guy, and apparently a chef -__-) wanted to pass along to the kitchen that he doesn't think the caramelized onions are caramelized enough. Told him I would let 'em know. - IP

BAR Staff Observations:
Team is great. Got Tevon outta here nice and early. Couple busy Black Bags in 3 and Full Metal Jacket was pretty well sold. Patrick and Matthew were awesome in Trees.

Special Events?
Full Metal Jacket brought in a little over 100 and was totally manageable. Got Matthew out right after the rush ended. - IP

Prep List: 
Snow White prep.  I made a batch of Princess Problems and there is back up apple syrup. - IP

Made a half batch of Jungle Bird and got it in the frozen machine to see how it's playing - and lemme tell ya, THAT'S A BINGO! It's all ready to go for photos etc. Gonna be awesome. - IP

Holy cow, the SW&7D drink is delicious. The Kids are gonna love it! - IP

R&D comp checks:
Did some R&D on a new jalapeno-maple bourbon drink. Gonna be a banger. Will cost out ASAP. - IP

Pay Outs: 
Trees $9.00 - payout was made under Lauren's number, but used Trees Bank - Trees Bank will be $9 under, but the payout is accounted for in Lauren's checkout. - LB/IP

Lost & Found?:
The weirdo who left his blood-vial-eque hot sauce here last night came to retrieve it. Yuck. - IP

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: Baldor, Finback, Haus Alpenz, t. Edwards. Harney and Sons. Webstaurant. 
Harney and Sons is coming tomorrow  and Friday.  Baldor coming Friday. 

Gus dropped off a bunch of coffee kegs and a case of Planteray White Rum for the Jungle Bird. 

Maintenance:  I saw a fruit fly in the back, I put the drain sticks in all of bar preps drains and gave to bartenders for each bar. 

I did not refill the Peach Tea in the lobby bubbler, as we are close enough to menu change to just run with store'n'pours for the Tea until it's 86'd. Lemonade is still up and running in the bubbler, and the other hopper just has water in it to allow the impeller to spin without issue. - IP

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
