Manager Communication:
Lots of orders came in for new menu, so Jenn and I did our Tetris thing in the liquor room. Looks nice! I also unpacked the new wines in the walk-in so they're all ready to go. - IP

BAR Staff Observations:
It was a very sleepy Wednesday and we were able to run nice and lean. Got Patrick out of here around 6:45 and Matthew shortly thereafter. The special screening of Watership Down went over well, but Trees was even pretty sparse tonight. - IP

Staff Meeting Agenda notes: 
All Trees cheaters are prepped for bar meeting tomorrow.  I will have the Trees well prepped and ready for service before bartenders start arriving at 11, and will make back ups of the cheaters after the tasting. JH

There was some confusion in the kitchen this morning as to why there was a VitaMix at Bar Prep, so they took it back.  I spoke with Esther and said it was my understanding that a chef had told Lauren that we could have the extra one.  But I was not sure which chef it was, so I told her that I would find out.  Lauren, do you remember which chef offered up the VitaMix?  For the time being, the VitaMix remains in kitchen. JH

I got all of the theater drinks batched and ready to go, with the exception of Cobra Chai (I wasn't positive if the concentrate was the "syrup" so rather than mess up a whole batch, I figured we could throw it together tomorrow) - and the kegged cocktails are fully charged and ready to be poured! - IP

86 Fish Tacos tonight cuz we ran outta slaw. 

Prep List:
I prioritized getting the new drinks batched up, and didn't wanna overbatch anything, so tomorrow will be a little touch and go with what you may need to make - but we can get a more solid idea tomorrow before/during/after the meeting. Definitely more Painkiller though, that I know for sure. - IP

Pay Outs:

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: 
12%, Baldor, CWD, Empire, Skurnik, Southern, Threes Brewing (rotating cans), & Winebow arrived. JH

Finback picked up their remaining empty kegs.  Winebow picked up the incorrectly-delivered case of Nardini.  Jenny from T.Edward swapped out the case of Empirical Plum with the Empirical Cilantro. JH

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. JH Patrick and Darius had a good rapport in lobby tonight, which was really great to see. Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
