Gus I forwarded you the emailed invoice from To Rise last night, we received more oat milk from them that I did not order.-LB   

Customer Comments: Theater 3: Last round. Jose was in the theater. The party at 105 got multiple noise complaints, one from Jose himself. The complaint was specific to noises they were making and inappropriate laughter. I disregarded it at first. Within five minutes Quetzie approached me and said there were major complaints from other guests that they were making "sex noises." Dwight was on his scheduled break, so I went into the theater to see what was going on. I heard someone making odd noises, but I noticed they were by themselves, so I quickly ruled out the complaint as being viable as they were solo. Then their partner came back. They immediately started talking. I asked them to be quiet. 10 minutes went by and I got yet another call on the walkie about them. So I walk in the theater, and the lady in the a pair comes at me before I can even say something. We go out into the hallyway and she starts spouting off about how all of the people complaining don't know, because her friend has a disability and he makes noises, and how if we kick them out it is going to be bad for me personally and this movie theater. I very calmly just said, "All I know is that we have gotten multiple complaints about the noise and if it continues we are going to have to part ways for the night" Her partner shows up, and is asking what is going on, Kayla also showed up about now. I re-explain that we are not kicking them out, but this is their final warning (this process isn't as simple as it sounds as it took a few minutes to get there) but at that point the lady in the group decided it was time for her to take a bathroom break, walked away and said "And fuck you man" or something like that, so I told them that if they were going to speak to us that way they are not getting another chance tonight and can just go. So I kicked them out. They got pretty indignant about it, lots of threats were made. It went on for like 10 minutes. Both of them separately took bathroom breaks after this moment... They started filming us. But we got them on their way. They didn't pay their tab because they wanted us to refund the movie stub, but at that point the situation was very heightened and I thought it best to just have them go. We comped the tab, gave the servers a token, gave the other guests passes and the bad customers booked under Jeff Silva (Order #3tpdfst) I would highly encourage we not invite them back. 
BAR Staff Observations: Tevon and Matthew crushed and were very pragmatic about timing.
