Manager Communication: Come menu change I think we should have three margarita kegs in walk-in. -LB

Had a great crowd at Trees before the T2 screening, with plenty of folks showing up early to grab a drink. JH

BAR Staff Observations: Darius didn't know about Trees new functional system of putting a Grey Goose mat in front of the POS to keep customers from sitting there, so customers can get easier service. Jenn can you mention this new useful strategy in the bar staff email.-LB

Lydia got out of here shortly after family meal, and Darius hung around until T2 had gotten past its initial service push and Trees got a restock.  Both Tevon and Bryan closed each bar without issue. JH

86ed / counts on items: 
86'd Three Floyd's + Ommegang Vos (the slow, 86-ing march to menu change has begun). JH

Prep List: Made a double batch of Whiskey 17.  Cherry Lime Slushie.-LB

Winter G&T kicked late into service, so I will probably make a partial batch tomorrow to get us through the next two weeks.  I'll check sale numbers and batch judiciously. JH

Pay Outs: Gus took a payout before open from the change box. Jenn please float that 148ish back to the box. -LB

Passed the $148 directly to Dee as they were doing closing money math. JH

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: Matthew picked up the Guinness Draught cans and they are in the walk-in.

Ordered 2 boxes pint glasses since I broke more out last weekend. -LB

Mobilebytes Issues: 
Let's keep an eye on 86'd items before doors each day as we start to lose product ahead of menu change, in case MB does that thing where they just randomly mark them back in stock. JH

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
