Manager Communication:
Had a good bar meeting today and discussed our gameplan for the upcoming meeting. We're lookin' good! Got us ahead on some batch ingredients tonight when I had time, and will finish up whatever we still need between tomorrow and then Thursday after the meeting (I'm planning on sticking around to get some batching done after we wrap up). 
I have heard some chatter about the Junglebird having a strange aftertaste - we added more molasses to the syrup, but I think it's the MSG water. I think I want to cut the batch amount in half. I think that'll do the trick. - IP

BAR Staff Observations:
Super chill non-Trivia Tuesday. Trees still kept a good crowd for spurts of the night. The pre and post show crowd for Conquest was good. Brian and Darius did a great job with the rushes and Tevon was wonderful as always in the lobby. - IP

FOH Staff Observations:
Bruce did a great job tonight handling the first floor theaters all on his own. - IP

Special Events?
Conquest - wow what a weird ass movie. Crowd was good. - IP

Staff Meeting Agenda notes:
Gonna make sure the checklist for the menu change and bar meeting stuff are updated tomorrow, as we can now finish batching a couple of items. - IP

86ed / counts on items:
86'd the Winter G&T tonight. Not sure if we want to make a small batch of another keg or just leave it gone til we switch. 
We have the new pilsner and the new cider in the walk-in - should we get those hooked up tomorrow and just have servers/bartenders verbal the change? Please advise. - IP

Prep List:
I tackled the Rose-Grapefruit Cordial for the Rebel With a Cause, also made more spicy agave and saline solution. I think we have all of the ingredients batched and ready. Will get started on putting everything together tomorrow when stuff is cooled down and ready. - IP

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping:
We got the velcro patches for the draught list and a couple of bags of the fancy skewers for the Whiskey 17. - IP

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
