Manager Communication: I am having pretty severe arthritic flare ups at the moment and I was wondering if we could get a few anti-fatigue mats. One for the bar service well, this is really probably only necessary for weekends of major releases and events like the Oscars. And one for bar prep. Standing in one spot on these hard floors is a lot on top of the hard floors throughout the building.-LB 

At our bar staff meeting we discussed the advantages of having a spot at Trees that had no stools so people can approach the bar and order easily. I think that we should put a black bar mat in front of the POS station and move stools to either side. Matthew suggests getting the chrome bars in addition to the mat.  If the mat is there it should deter people from pulling a stool there, but we all know skills of observation are limited.  I polled a lot of staff about moving the POS from the end of the bar to the cocktail station: the consensus is, it would be useful, but that cocktail station is critical, it is also critical to be near the sink. So I figure we can try this method and see if it makes people try and get served further from the service well, which is the goal of this endeavor. -LB

We got the rollies that I ordered for Gil, one was broken. We are getting a store credit with Webstaurant, but it is still functional, SCORE! If someone can note this credit email for Bogi. -LB
We need to have a check up with our draft system. Gansett is major issue still.-LB

BAR Staff Observations: Natasha was late, she let me know but kind of recurring issue.   Tevon helped batch and get me ready for STB. He cut around 7:40. Got Gab out of here a little after 7:15 when everything was restocked and ready for the busy evening.- As always Jeshua is a machine. I was down offering support and he just doesn't need it. -LB
Jeshua accidentally broke a full bottle of Jameson pulling it out of the well at Lobby Bar. I have put the cost of $39.81 into POS as spillage.-LB

Lost & Found?: There are a few small items in the MOD office. I am going to bring the ear bud down to the small items lost and found. When I go to IKEA I will get a few of those pop up containers for Lost and Found so we can keep the smaller things separate.-LB

Baldor and Manhattan arrived today. JH Moved Saturday Baldor up since we need lemons. -LB

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. JH BAR Staff Observations:  Busy from the moment doors opened, with both bars navigating sold out theaters throughout the day.  Patrick was a big help with second round rushes and getting the first push of special event drinks out at Trees. Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
