Manager Communication: Lobby bar has a pretty crowded mise en place now with the water spout, if MODs etc can retrieve packages ASAP, even projection so they have room for service. 
Updated recipe for Unsweetened tea for our needs.  Lobby bar binder is up to date. 
I brought ramekins and made squeeze bottles of ketchup and mayo for Trees lounge as requested by the bar team. I think this makes sense with Monday Burger Mayhem on the horizon. -LB
I have put a sani bucket stashed under the sinks at Bar Prep as we would also be required to have one by the DOH. If it disappears from use, please remember to replace it. -LB
There is a reasonable suggestion to move the creamsicle to one of the outside chambers of the frozen trios, so they are separate by color and also it might be over freezing from the placement between these two.  Maya noted she also likes to explain to people the two with booze as a set when customers ask. -LB

Not sure what the plan is for sourcing ricotta for the rose of versailles? I bought a 3 lb container from Baldor so we can make some of the Lillet. Kitchen is not stocking it for this menu run, so we can decide if picking it up locally makes more sense. Jenn if you can advise how much of the Lillet we can ricotta wash and store, I can make a lot tomorrow. -LB

Consulted with Stewart for his thoughts on the bar menu at Trees, he likes it. There is less glare today but could be the overcast. But the letters look great as Natasha filled out the other menu.  I will buy more letters to fill them out.  -LB
Wondering what happened to the maple syrup? We had so much and I was going to put some that Ian was using for R&D with it.  -LB

Back in the Jungle is in two chambers at Trees right now. We should get it down to one chamber.
I got smaller bowls for fruit at Trees and a tall glass for bar spoons. The bowls are a temporary measure til I find better. -LB 

Emptied the chamber farthest from the service pass - all cleaned and ready for whatever we put in it next. The product I emptied is in a cambro in the walk-in. - IP

Had several more fun interactions centering around the Doritos Empirical. People are immediately drawn to that bottle - it's awesome! More conversation starters forthcoming, for sure! - IP

BAR Staff Observations: Maya was diligent at studying today ahead of open and asked questions. She had some helpful feedback as always. Glad to see her really stepping up as to not make an error on new items. -LB
Natasha got her feet wet with the new batching specials. Patrick got held up by the MTA despite leaving super early. Maya got out of here around 4:45. Cutting Natasha as soon as she is done batching.  And Greg shortly after so he can make his event.-LB

Was super chill for the evening and Patrick, Jeshua and Darius sailed her true! Jeshua had a great idea (potentially for summer menu, or --) to offload any espresso martini we have, we could do a frozen esp martini special! Dunno the brix on it, and we'd wanna probs make it creamier, but if not now, looking forward, that could be a real crowd pleaser for when it gets stinkin' hot. - IP

FOH Staff Observations: 
Justin is definitely a lead, he was so helpful this morning offering to put out the brunch bar for staff.-LB

Staff Meeting Agenda notes: working on the mise en place for Trees to make it as streamlined as can be. 
Jenn if you could note in the bartender weekly email: There is now ketchup and mayonnaise at Trees Lounge. Maintaining stock levels, dating, etc will fall on you. Please stock ramekins as need as well. As always a manager can help, but please be mindful of these items in the refrigerator. -LB
I put the pump dish detergent at both bars and classic blue sani-tabs. Classic bar set up is detergent, water, blue tabs. I don't think it would be awful to send this as a reminder in the bartender email. -LB

Completely unimportant note (and also unsolicited) but wanted to jot it down - maybe adding like a tsp of vanilla extract to the Infinity and Beyond might send it over the "Creamsicle" edge? Totally unnecessary, as I think it is delicious as is, but IMHO, a whisper of vanilla would set it off. - IP

Mobilebytes Issues: There is not a discount applicable to iced coffee and kaya wanted to pay for one since they are not free for non-managers. So because it is in the same category as hot it isn't an option. -LB

The Rice Bowl does not have an Employee Food discount button (that I could find). Also, the Old Bay Potato Chip side has an option to be fried or grilled - is this accurate? Are they grilling potato slices? Obv not a big deal either way, I was just baffled, lol. - IP
