Manager Communication: Jenn got things up and running for a rocking St. Patrick's day brunch. 

Jenn had the great idea of having Vlad do a deep clean while the walk-in is pretty empty. Markenson did a bang up job cleaning our walk-in/cold dance floor. -LB

We need tall numbers for the Trees food orders. It is not reasonable to expect people to make them viewable. I am going to find a type I think work and with approval will purchase on our behalf. It is not the bartenders or runners faults when we are so busy. Also children running around does not help.  When bartenders list Mezz with the number on the ticket it gets cut off. So we can write M23.  

I would like to invite everyone to an Irish funeral tomorrow for the bubbler at Trees Lounge tomorrow evening. I would like to put this guy out on the street, but I know that probably is not possible. It has to go. It needs to be replaced with larger tank for Trees. -LB 

I tested velcro against the Trees Lounge beer list signs and I would like to print and laminate the beer list, so when we are out of beer we can pull it off. We can also list the canned beer and specials. I can do the fonts of the breweries like having tap handles. I can make a mock up for people to approve of. I also will be laminating the bar binder recipes and hole-punching them so we can easily clean, absent of the specials recipes, which can remain in the binder sheets. Is there a three-punch in the building?-LB

Customer Comments: 

We had a LOTTTT of unaccompanied minors trying to buy tickets to R rated films tonight (like, do kids not know about movie ratings nowadays? Yeesh). Easy enough to handle verbally, but maybe we could add that to the age policy in a more conspicuous way? Just to have something to point to when we get 15 year old attitude. - IP 

BAR Staff Observations: Maya rocked the lobby during a crazy parade situation. Bryan banged out the party with Greg. I hit them all up with tokens for going with the flow. -LB 

People really must've tuckered themselves out on Guinness and Corned Beef, because it was a pretty chill night for our recently buzzy Sundays. Got Maya and Bryan out of here shortly after 5:30, and Greg stuck around til 7:30. Jeshua and Patrick worked well together tonight, and Darius held down the lobby like a champ. Great work was done by all! - IP

86ed / counts on items: Jack's Abbey and 3 Floyd's Zombie will be back in stock tomorrow. 

The Ommegang and Cigar City are Perma 86ed.  The Rockaway Stout will be replaced verbally by the Wild East Standard Deviation Stout that hopefully will land tomorrow. -LB

Prep List:

I made a Whiskey 17 and Painkiller, a lemonade and a Firewalk. Tomorrow's numbers don't look crazy for opening, so there should be ample time to crank out anything we're short on. - IP

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: Union confirmed coming tomorrow.  Evil Twin, Finback and Sarene ordered, ETA unknown. -LB

Maintenance:

The ice machine in the lobby is still leaking quite a bit, and we either need to have Ice Medic come back and check it out (and fix whatever they made not work, because it didn't leak like this before they came) or get a wider piece of PVC to use as a drainage gutter and affix that underneath. I can take a closer look on Wednesday when I do my cleaning. - IP 
 
Mobilebytes Issues:

There is a button for Old Forester Rye in the computer, however it is not on the menus, and we do not have it behind the bar. We can either stock it behind the bar, or remove the button from MB. Let us know how you'd like to proceed! - IP
