Manager Communication: 
I noticed the Tang nor the pineapple molasses syrups on the theater spec sheet. I will try to get to that tomorrow. Had no time today outside of updating binders, (lobby bar needs to be checked) batching and running around. -LB
Liquor lists in the POS is lacking a bunch of stuff. Ian is going to try and list them but it is an issue. I recommended we make a comprehensive price list to mitigate this so they can add open liquor if need be. 

I didn't get a chance to start compiling the list but will make that top priority tomorrow. I got our cocktail kegs and lines all untangled and organized - will shoot to get the rest of the walk-in ship shape tomorrow as well. - IP

Customer Comments: 
Customers very unhappy that beer is not included on weekend happy hour line up. Needs to be fixed. 

People are very intrigued by the Doritos Empirical Spirit - and then extremely happily surprised when they try the Party Time Excellent - well done, Lauren! - IP

BAR Staff Observations: 
Matthew, Patrick and Gab brought their A game to fill the void of Lydia being sent home. It got busy for sure after the rain began.  

Gab was such a great pick for Lead - and she really seems to be leaning into it. She really took charge tonight and went above and beyond for the whole team. Great effort. Jeshua was a really calm presence in the lobby which is a nice change of pace for him! He did a great job and then proceeded to restock the bar upstairs at the end of the night for Patrick. What a mensch. - IP

FOH Staff Observations: 
Was trying to snag a photo of a product we are selling pre-show for Gus. Observed Ryan being very patient and incredible with the Alto Knights crowd. -LB 

Sick Leave/ Call outs: Lydia was sent home after I asked her if she had any questions regarding the menu and it was uncovered she had not looked at any of the information sent out. I told Gus and he was disappointed given that she did not come to the meeting on Thursday as a last minute issue.  I had her study the bar binder for a bit but decided it would be unfair to Nitehawk and her coworkers to send her behind the bar with a full menu change on a Saturday night. -LB

Tote bag was left on the Mezzanine tonight - I put it on the lost and found shelf in the projectionist's closet behind lobby.

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
