Manager Communication: Taking advantage of this slow morning and organized dry goods in liquor room. Filled out more docs for menu change. 
I am having trouble moving things into folders on the drive, unsure if I need my permissions changed by an admin. -LB

Customer Comments:
A guest claimed that she was the only person who was asked to present her ticket in her row. It was LaShae's theater, so I know that is certainly not the case - regardless, the woman could not present her ticket, so LaShae asked her to check in with the box office to get it sorted. The woman claimed it caused her to miss some of the movie, and demanded "retribution" (I think she meant restitution, but I digress...). I let her know I would go ask the servers about the situation,  so I went to inquire and was informed that the guest was exceedingly rude and cursed out LaShae upon being asked to get her ticket printed out. I went back to let the woman know that kind of behavior will not be tolerated here, but apparently in the interim she cursed out Jeshua and stormed out of the lobby before I could even talk to her. She paid with card, and seems to come here relatively frequently - the ticket in question was order ID 3cg56yx for the 7:30 Black Bag in Th.2 - the card used does not present any personal info, so I do not know the guest's name. I reckon she may send some sort of email with claims that are (judging by my interaction with her) not accurate as to what really happened. Just wanted to note it here. - IP

 
FOH Staff Observations: 
Shane and Sean were great tonight. Big presence felt at the pass for some pretty busy Snow White rushes (we are back in the land of Lemonade, by golly). - IP

BAR Staff Observations: 
Natasha and Bryan cruised through the morning. I got Natasha out of here around 3 to make way for the mids to hang through the dinner round. -LB
Cut Bryan before Family meal. -LB

Several times tonight I had to nudge the bar team to prioritize guests at Trees Lounge. There was a lot of huddling near the service pass and finding things to be busy with away from the guests. I did my best to remind them to keep their heads on a swivel, but just in general with the uptick in business at the bar, we really need to drive home that our guests at Trees Lounge take priority over almost everything else and we need to act accordingly. - IP

Hiring/Training:
Nithya is clearly a very competent server and brings a very welcome calm positivity to the job. Happy to have her on board.  - IP

There was a payout for $60.81 for 5200 FOOD - Brunch Items - the $60 was removed from the drawer but the payout was never properly completed in Mobilebytes. The payout was conducted by Greg - who did not mention to me that there was a payout or that it needed to happen. I will chat with Greg next time I see him and make sure he knows to radio for a manager next time. James and I figured out what happened EOD, and it's all accounted for. - IP

Stocked up on MSG.

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
