Manager Communication: 
Pretty slow day. Plenty of manager support. Ian crafted an absolute banger of a drink, shout out to Ian. Today reminded me a lot... - GS

When I got in Nat had just finished batching and we got her and Matthew out post-haste. Wyatt, Kayla, Jared, Gus and myself got everything situated for the dinner rush and then we were off to the races. Decently busy in trees most of the evening, and some good Oscar nom screenings. - IP

BAR Staff Observations: 
Natasha and Bryan opened and took care of business.

Gab did a really great job taking charge behind the bar tonight - she delegated when we got busy at the pass, and she has a good handle on whose strengths are best utilized where. Was happy to see it! - IP

FOH Staff Observations:
Rebecca and Sabrina run laps around their fellow servers. Not a knock on anyone else, they're just always operating at an 11/10 and it's a real boon to the team whenever they're scheduled. - IP

Special Events?
Led Zeppelin doc was chiller than an afternoon hanging in the back of a VW Bus. - IP

86ed / counts on items: 
Low on Peach Tea - we are totally 86 peach puree, so until we re-up on that, no mas peach tea concentrate. - IP

Prep List:
Nat and Matt did a bang up job batching, so the only thing I had to make was more bloody mary mix. Will make more PST Concentrate whenever we get more peach puree. - IP

Maintenance:
Around 7p, Jeshua alerted me to the fact that the lobby bar ice machine does not seem to be replenishing it's supply. I am going to take the front plate off and take a look when I have a moment tonight. 
Checked out both ice machines, as both were getting alarmingly low, ad took off the front plates and reset both. They both seem to be back to normal now and have been chunking out ice since I reset them. I'll definitely check on them tomorrow morning when I get in. - IP

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
