Manager Communication: Made a memo sheet for the bartenders about the food runner notes. Will point this stuff out for the next few shifts everyone works. -LB
A couple of times today the MOD office was propped open with no one around or in it. Just something to flag as I assume we want this closed when unattended.-LB

BAR Staff Observations:
We had a nice full house today and everyone was gangbusters. Gab, Lydia and Patrick held down some very busy Mickey 17 rushes, and Trees stayed bumpin throughout the night. Good late pop tonight too between 11-12. - IP

FOH Staff Observations:
Awesome to have Kat back! Love having former Hawks come back - she hasn't missed a beat! - IP

Hiring/Training:

86ed / counts on items: Jack's Abbey (coming back Monday), Zombie, Cigar City, Ommegang.  (not coming back) Finback 86ed.  Rockaway Stout. 
Dumped a quart of Into the sky since it has been too long. Entered cost into POS.  Red Hulk Smash is mystery cocktail and we can likely unload a lot of Hulk Smash for  trivia. -LB

As it stands right now: the 86 List is as follows:

Tomorrow is gonna be dicey with the beer situation - what we have left we don't have a ton of - but hopefully those Guinness cans will do some heavy lifting! - IP

Prep List:Got a PST concentrate, Bloody Mary, espresso martini, painkiller, lemonade, arbol tequila, fire walk.  Double Whiskey 17. Will need more Cherry syrup and simple syrup.-LB

Loaded up on Cherry and Simple syrup - might be prudent to make some more Painkiller tomorrow morning, also a CLS. Otherwise, should be good to go for tomorrow! - IP

Maintenance:
I don't know who put a hex on the Trees bubbler, but now she's TOO COLD. The PST froze solid at the base and prevented the impeller from spinning. I emptied it, cleaned it out and set it back up - but if the setting for the coolant is too high (not sure if/how to manipulate that) it need be turned down a scooch. I'm going to have the bartenders empty the bubbler tonight and leave it off so it can't perchance freeze over night and burn out the motor. - IP
