Ariel, Gus and I discussed staffing going forward and a plan to find new talent behind the bar.-LB
Minecraft Special is good to go, just need to figure out how much neon green dye to add per syrup batch, I ordered that from Amazon. -LB
I think that having some time during the week of a normal happy hour promotion, in addition to the daily specials to generate new customers would be prudent. Even if it was just 3-5pm.  I will change the chalk board out front once I am sure of how to change the verbiage, currently I think it is vague enough to not really cause much kerfuffle. -LB
The service ice well at Trees was draining super slow, assuming mold and detritus are clogging it up again. I plunged it and then poured Green Goblin enzymatic drain cleaner down. Should be okay but let's keep an eye. LB

BAR Staff Observations: Gabrielle left around 6:45 suggesting Lydia go upstairs to get some more hours in since she didn't work Saturday. Gabrielle is a thoughtful team player.-LB

Staff Meeting Agenda notes: A useful tidbit Stewart told me yesterday, that if in a pinch we need to use Door dash to deliver Kalustyans we can. They will have all the spices for the chai, if we are every short and need it ASAP this is a valid option. -LB Reinforcing that the bar staff keep roll ups on the dry rack behind the bar. -LB

Prep List: Ariel made a Marg keg.  I did not get to batch anything, did not feel great. I can get on that tomorrow. Sorry -LB While looking at the MB data since Friday, we have sold a decent amount of the new drinks, but no where near worrying about batching. Bar staff has quarts and quarts of back ups behind the bar. So I am slowing down on batching everything except Lemonade, FWWM and kegs. -LB

Maintenance: Would love if Juan can keep up on the bar low boys doors. They are really hard to open easily. I smashed my finger between two doors because they are super sticky. Some are off the track.  The bartenders don't complain so maybe I am just not used to the situation.-LB

Manager Communication: Wyatt and I opened up the building in preparation for a very busy "Do the Right Thing" - otherwise it was a very quiet.  We don't get the FOH blog, so Ian didn't know about the grease trap back up, which caused some confusion this morning. Vlad said he would get to the drain in theaters 1/2 another day since today was a literal washout.-LB I put signs up to tell people to not put bags on the top of the ice machines, not considering the language barrier of Markenson etc.  I went through it with him after he replaced the boxes because he is so thorough, I believe he understood what I meant. -LB Timothy needs to get a run down about wearing an ear piece, he left his walkie on the water station, didn't even realize it. Manager Communication: Not much really happened tonight. Slow night in Tree's. - AB2 BAR Staff Observations: Gabrielle took the early cut since Tevon was willing to stick it out. Smooth sailing with no major kids films popping off.-LB I got Tevon out of here shortly after my arrival around 5. I then got Patrick out around 6:45. I was able to get Matthew out after the rush settled and he was out at 9:30. Jeshua closed Lobby and Fran closed in Tree's. - AB2 Special Events?  Team America World Police. Prep List: Natasha cranked out a big batch list: double Jurassic, Tang simple, infinity, lemonades, Moneypenny keg, bloody, she couldn't make bloody concentrate since kitchen didn't get garlic delivered-LB I batched a - Margarita - AB2 Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: US Foods, Baldor coming tomorrow.  Manhattan arriving tomorrow Maintenance: I put the faces back on both ice machines they both seem happy. Manager Communication: GATE UPDATE: The gate was weird coming down today. It opened yesterday without issue. But it kind of needs to be put up then down. It is a few inches from the ground, safe enough for us, but definitely something to keep an eye on. -LB Opened the building with Wyatt - No Budge was sold out but chill, same with the first couple screenings of Minecraft. Other than one absolutely dreadful guest (more on that below), everything was super smooth. - IP Ordered Green goblin since Theater 2 was having a drain back up. -LB Having Trees open to the public during this party is fine, however I think we need to avail the Trees cocktails to those customers but have to mitigate those being ordered when it is this busy. -LB I tested the Brix for To infinity. It is 15. I think the issue is the coconut milk (oil) and other ingredients have different freezing temps. I think if we push the mix every few hours it will be fine, but happy to adjust recipe if needed. -LB Ordered 2 cases ...
