Manager Communication:
Cleaned the frozen's/bubbler with the hose today I think I got it down to a science for those that want some advice read below...
I get 2 12qt cambros and empty product in one then empty water in the other. After screwing in the hose, I put a c-fold around the nozzle of the sink so that nothing is gushing out and getting everywhere. It's a game changer. I put the pressure on high with the hose and everything comes right off. - AB2

I brought the bubbler from Tree's into the liquor room for now. Didn't look good behind the bar. - AB2

I updated the beer boards in Tree's and also added the stout and put "can" next to it. - AB2 
There is a box of faucet/hose adapters in lobby bar, in case it needs to be found or stored somewhere. 
I ordered dried rose buds since Mr. Kiwi did not  have single red roses, so in order to prepare for photoshoot I have this back up plan.-LB

I am going to start holding bartenders longer despite its impact on their tip pool because I am doing their job for them. Not enough bussing of their own space, prepping mise en place, restocking all ingredients, not having things in well and not having roll-ups ready. Trees Lounge is busier and they will have to be prepared for lulls. -LB
I put in an order for frying screens to use over cooling liquids at bar prep now that fruit fly season is coming back. I don't want to have to dump full batches if flies get in them. -LB
I ordered some blue cambro lids and two boxes of water cups ahead of Snow White this weekend. -LB
Gus I want to get a larger Superbag for straining the Chai. Will need your advice on where to do that tomorrow.-LB


BAR Staff Observations:
Lydia was great opening today. Had good music playing, was very welcoming to guests, and overall just on top of shit. Was hyped to have them in the building today. - AB2


FOH Staff Observations: Observed Brendan doing a great job training Nithya. -LB

Hiring/Training: I closed down the building with Justin. He is cool and very attentive to details.  He doesn't have a key so I locked door with him. I think he will be a great asset to our team. It was particularly nice having him here after not having someone on Mondays for a few weeks. -LB

Mobilebytes Issues: Un86ed stuff mid-service again. I really wonder what causes it, will be vigilante checking in before big seatings this week with the 86 list growing. -LB
