I threw out two people drinking Nutcrackers on the mezzanine playing pool at 9:30pm. Still would love to have a more consistent solution to this liability. The camera feed somewhere would be helpful. I try to go up there as much as I can especially when I don't have security, but it is hard to have eyes all the time. 
I know Gil threw around having the pool equipment behind the bar to be checked out, unsure if that is a viable solution or mitigation tactic for the drinking on mezz. -LB
Steward and Jared confirmed we have the parts to two vitamix. I will grab from them tomorrow because it's gonna be helpful for the forthcoming spice grinder. -LB
The atomizer mystery has been solved, they are for Kitchen.-LB
I think if we want to add another NA beer to our menu, maybe we can do an offering at Trees Lounge so there is variety and won't cause confusion upon redundancy in names. -LB 


BAR Staff Observations:  Greg kept our buzzing lounge going until about 9pm and Maya held it down all night. Patrick kicked Lobby's butt.-LB

FOH Staff Observations:
Anthony is the best, I have said it before. Today he helped me get ice for bar. Just a team player.-LB
Also Dee is absolutely killing it as a floor manager and a fashion icon.-LB

Mobilebytes Issues: I hate that I can't void a cash transaction after the fact, if there is a way to do this someone please show me. I did a payout to make up the cash difference in register which I know is not desirable. I also could not discount a beer/shot special with a token. If this is deliberate please explain. I did open liquor since Fredo used his token to buy his roommate a round. -LB

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
