Manager Communication:
Jared got a bottle of Ten to One for the Monkey special. I do not have permissions here to do that transfer on Bevager. - AB2
I attempted to make this transfer on Bevager, transferring the bottle to foodager but I failed because I don't know how to do it.-LB
Gus and Jenn, mind the cooling chai in the walk-in. It isn't covered because it needed to cool-LB
Something to consider for nights we don't have security: have a sign that we put on the front doors alerting people that there is no re-entry after 11pm or whatever time we want. That way we can lock the automatic door settings just keeping out any extra problems that might arise. Just an idea. I locked the doors before I did the walk-through tonight and it makes it a little easier to control people coming in. -LB

BAR Staff Observations:Gabrielle is a self-starter. She put away a rack of pilsner glasses since we currently don't use that many. She cleaned the walls of lobby bar and took apart the bubbler. She is getting cut after the Best Picture in Theater 7 rush dies down. -LB
Lydia helped Patrick get through the mini rush of Just One of Them Days since Trees had a little bump in business. She got out of here around 7:30. Patrick was crushing it, I stepped in to handle a few service tickets for Demons 2 when he was handling the pre-show bar rush. Maya kept the lobby rocking throughout and swung up to help Patrick tidy up Trees. -LB

FOH Staff Observations: Hustling all around for a slow night. Good vibes and attitudes. -LB

Maintenance: The ice medics didn't do a great job cleaning the fans of our walk-in, so Ariel and I are going to make that happen. -LB
I cleaned out the fans in the walk-in because I can't help myself. We could unscrew them maybe once a year and also wipe down the blades but we are good for now. -LB
I also went to tighten whatever chairs in Trees I could, but they were all good to go. There were a few occupied seats and I did not get to check upstairs.-LB

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
