Jenn & I arrived around the same time, she hit inventory, I opened the building. GS

BAR Staff Observations:
Had a couple busy theaters during dinner round but my crew crushed it. Bryan did his thing. Tevon killed batching then dipped. Gabrielle was great in Lobby. Matthew and Patrick rocked out Tree's with no issues. - AB2

FOH Staff Observations:
Quetzie did her thing as always! Alayna did her thing in the theaters and had a good presence. Others killed it too but those mainly standout for tonight. - AB2

Sick Leave/ Call outs:
Patrick informed me that Lydia currently has Norovirus and was unable to go into their other job tonight so they may be a call out tomorrow. I also wanna make it known that it is said to be contagious days after having no symptoms and we don't wanna get anyone sick so I would recommend opening bar manager to just reach out and see what's up. - AB2

Maintenance:
I cleaned up the plastic covers for the sugar. I think that and the walls is not something we need to walkie Vlad for. Just simple cleaning up after ourselves because that wall in the prep station gets a lot of splash. - AB2

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
