Manager Communication: 
Decent dinner round, and the Marist event kept Trees decently busy with some stragglers hanging out until a little past eleven.  Trees had emptied out completely by the time midnight rolled around, which made for a smooth close. JH

Customer Comments: 
One customer was a little bummed that the happy hour changed. He was pretty adamant. Said he thinks we should have stated that the old happy hour was different and explained the price changes. I talked him down, gave him some passes & shots. Said we would work on it and it might come back. He seemed cool with it. GS

BAR Staff Observations: 
Bryan was kinda cranky today. He was pretty pissed the frozen machine wasn't totally ready to go, but when he saw that the fridges were 100% ready to go he changed his tune. GS

Bryan did apologize for his feelings earlier in the day, and he, Matthew, and Natasha made menu change at Trees Lounge look easy.  Tevon got out of here after some batching, and Gabrielle held down Lobby solo without issue for the rest of the evening. JH

FOH Staff Observations: 
Monica & Rebecca were positive all day. GS 

Cate, Jovani, and Michael were excellent at the Trees service pass all night, and Abe, Alex, Evan, & Jose crushed the first floor. JH

Sick Leave/ Call outs: 
NWB needed coverage for a closing manager, so Ariel worked over there this evening.  We found out while I was still doing inventory, so I was able to head home around noon and then came back at seven to close. JH

Special Events: 
Menu change GS

Staff Meeting Agenda notes: 
Echoing the Customer Comments, after speaking to the bartenders they suggested that we consider adding Tots and Queso back to the Friday happy hour, even though the are no longer categorized as small plates.  These items are guest favorites and are two of our hallmark snackies. JH

86ed / counts on items: 
We are low on Al's, but have the replacement ready to go. GS

86'd Moneypenny late in the evening, and have a new keg charging that will be ready by doors tomorrow. JH

We will need to make a back up keg of Moneypenny once a cocktail keg opens up.  But we are all set for service tomorrow morning. JH

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. JH BAR Staff Observations:  Busy from the moment doors opened, with both bars navigating sold out theaters throughout the day.  Patrick was a big help with second round rushes and getting the first push of special event drinks out at Trees. JH Patrick and Darius had a good rapport in lobby tonight, which was really great to see. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
