What do y'all think of putting hooks on the wall outside of bar prep? The wall where the fire hydrant is. I know I would probably put my stuff there with a heavier mod lineup and bartenders could also hang things there too. - AB2

Monica mentioned that she was learning to bartend at a different job and expressed wanting to bartend here if that can be done. Figured I would put it out there but I can see her being solid. - AB2

I refunded a couples tickets from TH5 today. They barely spoke english and the husband was feeling sick. They wanted the refund so I issued that instead of a credit for this instance. - AB2

BAR Staff Observations:
Natasha and Matthew killed it in Tree's. Gabrielle was awesome in Lobby. I had Bryan help out until things settled down and Tevon got out of here after batching us up right. - AB2

I know I pitched this a while ago but I think that it would especially be helpful to have a batch shift for bartenders on Friday. We can have opening lobby bartender come in 3 hours earlier to batch new movie specials, syrups, and get us all batched up going into the weekend. That job could also get us set up with a bunch of rolled up silverware. I think this makes more sense because Tevon had to batch a lot today. He would have worked the same hours, we would have been better set up for service, and he wouldn't be in the tip pool taking from staff on the floor. I know Ian cleans the frozens on Wednesday and batching but I still regularly have a lot for Tevon to batch on Fridays. This is something I would like to discuss with y'all and see what y'all think. This could also be a leads only thing. - AB2

Lost & Found?:
Ren lost his Wallet & Phone (android) in TH5. His number (917) 474-5252... Not sure why he gave us his phone number but here we are. - AB2

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
