Manager Communication:  
Pretty mellow Wednesday, with both Cinema events selling fairly well.  Trees also had a nice crowd this evening, up until about 9:00pm or so.  Trees really emptied out after that, and was fairly quiet for the rest of the evening.  JH

BAR Staff Observations: 
Matthew was going to see Night is Short, Walk on Girl, so I swung Greg upstairs once the last The Brutalist screening had finished its initial service push, and Matthew got out of here.  Once the last rounds in Th2/4 settled down, I got Greg out of here and both Gabrielle and Jeshua closed each bar without issue. JH

Staff Meeting Agenda notes: 
In-times are done for this upcoming week.  The only thing worth noting is that I have pushed back both mid shifts on Sunday, to ensure full coverage throughout the double sold-out Oscars. Spoke to Ian and Lauren about the plan today, and they feel ready heading into Oscars night. JH

86ed / counts on items: Cigar City is 86ed still since Draft Choice went to Williamsburg instead of here. 

Prep List: 
We should double batch Arbol Tequila tomorrow to get ahead of the weekend, as I'm sure FWWM will sell a ton during the Oscars on Sunday.  Negroni and Old Fashioned kegs should get made tomorrow.  We could also make a Winter G&T keg, but we may want to check sales from the past two weeks, as a half batch might get us through to menu change. JH

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: Evil Twin should come tomorrow. US Foods coming Friday.  Baldor coming Saturday.  Coffee came today. -LB

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. JH BAR Staff Observations:  Busy from the moment doors opened, with both bars navigating sold out theaters throughout the day.  Patrick was a big help with second round rushes and getting the first push of special event drinks out at Trees. JH Patrick and Darius had a good rapport in lobby tonight, which was really great to see. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
