Manager Communication: Really great tasting at Skurnik this morning. -LB
The Zorba brine was in the walk in and was not strained on the 3rd. I strained it this evening, if Jenn can check the fortitude of the brine and make sure that it isn't overwhelming to that cocktail, it is the only one I have yet to try.-LB
The sign that says no one under 21 is allowed on the mezz are 7pm has disappeared from Trees. I found it in the bar storage closet so it is back in place.-LB
I love the new hooks in the hallway for coats.-LB
There was a bar mat on bar prep I rinsed it and it is drying on the sink.-LB
There is a soda stream bottle of unknown origin. 
Does anyone know where my MSG water went that I made for bar prep?
Opener will need to make change for the banks.-LB
Dwight told me that the exit only doors are not magnetically locking again.-LB

Gabrielle was back in today, masked up and ready to go.  Matthew told me he had been sick the last couple of days, but felt well enough to work lobby with a mask.  Unfortunately, as the day went on he began to feel more poorly.  We were able to get him out of here once closers arrived, and I asked him to let us know how he is feeling tomorrow as he has a lobby closing shift. JH

Union arrived.  Lyre's cans are still out of stock, but we did get 12 750mL bottles.  Jack's Abbey Pilsner is out of stock, so no kegs were delivered, and the truck shorted us on our Victory Hop Devil.  Gus has reached out to Union about getting us that Victory before Sunday's Big Game. JH
Emailed Fast Kathy about some Nufoam stuff, will hopefully have it delivered tomorrow. 
Ordered new cutting boards for approval through Amazon. -LB

Maintenance: 
Ian was able to get into the Trees ice machine and give it good clean today.  He noted that there was some unpleasant build up.  I believe Gus has someone coming in to deep clean the ice machines at both locations soon, and I think we should maybe start scheduling those deep cleans every two months, as opposed to every three. JH

Mobilebytes Issues: 
Hot coffee needs to have a Staff Freebie button added.  I understand that this only applies to hot coffee, and not cold brew or tea.  When I comped it on a check today I used a Manager Comp, and wrote the reason in the notes. JH

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. JH BAR Staff Observations:  Busy from the moment doors opened, with both bars navigating sold out theaters throughout the day.  Patrick was a big help with second round rushes and getting the first push of special event drinks out at Trees. JH Patrick and Darius had a good rapport in lobby tonight, which was really great to see. Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
