Customer Comments: Someone loved and noticed the Jerry Lundegaard set piece at Trees Lounge and was a big fan.-LB

BAR Staff Observations: 
We had a chill evening in comparison to the last several days. Only buys screening was the sold out documentary special in 2 at 8:45. Hung onto Tevon for that push and then got him outta here. Patrick and Greg made light work of the lobby and was able to get Patrick outta here around 7:30. - IP

One easy note for the tap ledge nearest the trees service pass - maybe we could throw a shim under the middle of the ledge to try to prevent the run-off from pooling in the center and missing the drain? - IP

FOH Staff Observations:
Had several tickets tonight that requested substitute liquors in our house cocktails (that obv cannot be subbed). Perhaps just a reminder in a forthcoming email that we cannot sub liquors in anything we already have made, but the guest is more than welcome to come out to the bar to order something not on the menu. - IP

Staff Meeting Agenda notes:
Let's have a friendly reminder to all bartenders that you CANNOT pull all three drain plugs at the same time or the floor will flood A LOT. Didn't happen tonight, but has happened a couple time while I was closing the last few nights and let's just nip that in the bud. - IP

Maintenance: 
Juan showed me how to pull out the bench in Trees so we could replace the power element for the 2001 light box. It is glowing now, albeit not super bright with all the other light sources around.  Looking forward to seeing how it looks later in the evening. 
So in an unfortunate turn of events while diagnosing the above light box, the light bulb in the fixture broke off. I will work on turning off that circuit tomorrow so I can unscrew the broken part safely.  I do think that using black light or a different spectrum in that enclave would add a nice ambiance.  The diagnosis of the light box is that the diodes operating on the non Red spectrums are all caput.  I did not realize that this light box had different colors on different areas but after talking with Ian this makes sense. I do believe we can replace the LED strips with a warm tone to illuminate the film and it would be a nice addition to the vibe at Trees Lounge. -LB

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
