Manager Communication: Stacked team tonight. Kayla is a gamer. Just shows up and is ready to go. Great addition. 

Customer Comments: I think word of us carding people is getting around, we only had one party that stood out tonight. I ID'd them, they were legit. Very nice. Though they were on the younger side.

Trees was popping for a moment tonight. Very exciting. Tevon did a great job of leading the rush.

BAR Staff Observations: really impressed with Tevon tonight. He ran point as Natasha was off and Matthew opened. Very direct and to the point, but he was really on it.

FOH Staff Observations: Caleb is great. Super hard worker.

Staff Meeting Agenda notes: 
Put the two remaining rollies in the liquor room into service today.  Let's keep an eye on rollies and glass stacks this weekend during service. JH

86ed / counts on items: Cigar city until Draftchoice comes and fixes our line.

Prep List: Lots tonight
Will see if I can pull product from NWB cause we are low on Giffard Vanilla and Sorel (Sorel came back in stock today, but I found out at 3:40 and the cutoff is 4pm, plus out rep is in Paris- I'll see if NWB has any though)

R&D comp checks: 96.73 Tasting comp (I calculated Lauren's R&D list with the drinks made for the tasting)

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping:

Mobilebytes Issues: We had a tab that sort of crashed the POS. It was over $100. Aaron Barry was the guys name. But we hit the charge card on file button and the POS just crashed. Ended up just using his card again, but it was kinda wonky. Interested to see if it continues.

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. JH BAR Staff Observations:  Busy from the moment doors opened, with both bars navigating sold out theaters throughout the day.  Patrick was a big help with second round rushes and getting the first push of special event drinks out at Trees. JH Patrick and Darius had a good rapport in lobby tonight, which was really great to see. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
