Manager Communication: Shout out to Vlad for helping me put away the wine in bar prep, this building is full of helpers.-LB
I would say for the most part the trays have been clean and not smelling like feet. However today a huge stack just reeks. Whatever the porters have been doing has been great Rebecca, but perhaps just a reminder. Thanks.-LB 
I brought the bubbler tops back to the liquor room and put some rando parts floating around liquor room with them.-LB
I left the STB bus tubs drying upside down at bar prep to facilitate one less thing for me to do on Saturday morning if you can just put them in the liquor room.  Trees needs an oat milk restock after STB when Baldor arrives.-LB
Just an idea as now when people order at Trees Lounge for staff food, they may not pay because of discounting needed. I suggest added a Trees Lounge tab at lobby bar so MODs can quickly checkout staff that have clocked out and want to head out.-LB

Customer Comments: A woman was very annoyed at the size of the ladies' room stalls downstairs as she couldn't fit in one (she was of slight build). I told her she could go upstairs. I do think this is a quality of experience issue for NPP.  The middle stall is defunct and lots of older patrons (which she was) would rather not have to go up and down to use the bathroom. -LB

BAR Staff Observations: Tevon stuck around to help out STB and glad he did, Trees was bumping. Natasha held down lobby bar like a bored champion. -LB

FOH Staff Observations: Jay has been a late night champion with me yesterday and today.-LB

Hiring/Training:

Sick Leave/ Call outs: 
Matthew was still feeling unwell, so he let both Gus and myself know that he would not be able to work his closing shift tonight.  Based on sales, we decided to just run the Thursday with four bartenders instead of finding coverage, and Natasha will close lobby. JH

Special Events? STB, went off without a hitch. Told kitchen we would need more milk for tomorrow and Saturday. I bulked up our vegan stock.

Staff Meeting Agenda notes: 
We had 100% attendance at our bar meeting today, which was a thrill.  I entered time punches for our two virtual guests (Gabrielle & Matthew) and double checked all of the other Staff Meeting time punches for bar. JH

Based on feedback from today's bar meeting, weekend openers will be coming in thirty minutes earlier going forward. JH

Fast Kathy was not so fast today as she did not come. I labeled the sinks at both bars so we can get up to DOH health code ASAP. -LB

Maintenance: Added back to the doc that the lobby bar lowboy doors need to be put back on. The sweeper under the soda bar closet is also broken, I ordered a new one for Juan to install. Also the Th. 1/2 printer at Trees Lounge would really be better off mounted to the wall like in the theater service stations.-LB

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
