Manager Communication:
So I tapped the Gansett and turned the line on to see if I could get that line working. It didn't do anything until I untapped it and then it was trying to pull beer. It is haunted and broken I assume. I think that cleaning our lines more often would mitigate this hardware being problematic. I moved the Gansett to the Cigar City line and 86ed that instead since Gansett outsells everything. -LB
We seem fairly low on Collins glasses, I busted out a new box to realize they are a newer updated version of the glassware we have. Acopa has done this in the past and they do not make it apparent on webstaurant. I think this is going to leave us in the annoying situation of updating in full to this newer version. -LB

Dinner round was well sold, but the crowd was relatively mellow. Dee, James and Kayla rocked it. James, Darius and I had a little chat (covered more below) - but we have a great opportunity to poach some business from Alamo right now - let's make sure we're doing everything we can to show people who used to go there how much better we are, and keep them coming back! - IP

BAR Staff Observations:
Trees was decently busy for the lion's share of the evening, and Jeshua and Greg made a good team. They are both the "put your head down and work" types, so they seemed to work very well behind the bar together. Patrick got outta here nice and early and Darius flew the lobby solo with no issue.

Darius made a good point today about ratcheting up the kindness (echoing Gab's sentiments from the meeting) right now with our influx of Alamo guests. Lots of new faces coming into our doors, so let's make sure to be as friendly and helpful as possible. - IP

FOH Staff Observations:
New server Sunny has great energy. Really throws himself in there. I think he could afford to slow down a bit - he seems to get a little tunnel-vision and forget to run drinks for other servers in his theater, but I like the hustle. - IP

Staff Meeting Agenda notes:
Darius brought up an observation he had working in the lobby of WBurg and then NPP the next night - he had several awkward interactions with guests (he gathered guests who frequent Alamo) who wanted to purchase tix at the box office for their young children for screenings of Captain America well after our 7p cut-off time. However, while Darius informed these guests of our policy, another family (also with 13 and under children) that had purchased their tickets online headed into the same screening with no issue. Darius felt extremely awkward in the scenario, and requested I send this info along so that we can brainstorm some way to prevent this from continuing, whether it's more strict enforcement of the rules in the theaters once we greet, something box office tenders could mitigate, or something we could do on the website - I don't have an answer at the moment, but definitely something to think about. - IP

86ed / counts on items:
Cigar City has been pulled down to make way for Gansett.
Organ Grinder Monkey - 48 count

Prep List:
Tevon batched up a bunch before I got in. Waiting on some liquor in order to make more of both the Cap and Monkey specials. - IP

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping:
Baldor coming tomorrow. -LB
Union coming Wednesday or tomorrow hopefully instead.-LB

Maintenance:
One of the high-top tables at Trees should be looked at by Juan or someone who has the tools to tighten/fix the table. The one in the middle is super wobbly. - IP
