Sunday 2.2.25 Gus/Ian
Manager Communication:
Wyatt was at large and in charge. Ariel came in around noon and held it down. It was Guys Nite until Carly showed up. Lots of support on the floor today, though I do believe we were a bit short -GS
Took some time to check levels on the trees special cocktails / cheaters, also restocked the wines in the walk-in while things slowed down during the last round. James and Dee absolutely killed it on the floor tonight. - IP
Customer Comments:
Holy Dogman. So many families coming out. -GS
Still noticing a lot of young guests on the mezz after 7. I've encountered many times now a few members of a given party will be over 21 and the other friends with them are not - just noting here to get security/management to sweep the mezz with a tad more frequency after 7p. - IP
BAR Staff Observations:
The dinner round was busy but everything really petered out after 8p. Patrick and Jeshua were able to easily handle Trees Lounge and Darius had a chill evening in the lobby. - IP
FOH Staff Observations:
FOH Staff Observations:
Leshae was bummed out about being in 4 & 6 I guess. You could hear the pain in her voice and see the sadness in her eyes. She made the most out of it. -GS
For what feels like the hundredth time, Nick was totally AWOL. When he's not on his phone in the lobby, completely checked out, he's sitting on a stool in Trees lounge, totally checked out. Fortunately there wasn't a need for security to be involved, but this evening there was an intoxicated guest in theater 7 that I went to check on because when radioed, there was no response from Nick. The only communication I ever seem to hear on walkie from him is that he's going on break, and then he's unreachable for the next hour plus. This time he said he was in the bathroom when we called for him - but he didn't respond for nearly twenty minutes. Maybe I'm overreacting, but I feel like I've written something like this frequently over the past couple months, and I truly fear what would happen if there were a serious situation while he was on the clock. - IP

Staff Meeting Agenda notes:
Staff Meeting Agenda notes:
Obviously a big goal of the upcoming meeting is to really nail down our operating procedure (or just to give a refresher) - and one of those action items I'd like to make sure is addressed is being more conscientious when opening new cases / restocking the liquor room and walk-in shelves. I have noticed that the wine shelves in the walk-in are regularly barren and the cases on the shelf below are open and have been pulled from - same goes for the liquor room. Aside from the backend headaches as far as inventory, these kinds of abdications of procedure can, when unnoticed, lead to some serious trainwrecks during service, and I'd love to get ahead of it and get everyone on the same page. Same thing goes for glassware rotation, et. al. - all of the things that fall by the wayside when we're in the weeds are there for a reason, and the more we nail those down and make them rote, the smoother service can run. - IP

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping:
We're running really low on most fruit juices and will need to order ASAP. We should order Lemon, Lime, Orange and Tart Cherry juices (but maybe just more of everything in a big order).
We're also down to our last case of Saratoga Sparkling and last two cases of Still in the walk-in.
We're down to the last case of Pinot Project and Sauvignon Blanc. - IP
