Manager Communication:

I threw out a peeler at Trees because it appeared to be very filthy. We may need to note washing these at the end of the night to the bar team.-LB

Customer Comments: A man that saw Wicked said there was a kid talking the second half of the film with no intervention from the parents.  He was super kind about it. I informed him next time if he writes it on a flag we can help intervene. -LB

A guest tripped and fell on her way out of theater 2, and Rebecca (GM) and I handled it. She hurt her ankle pretty bad, and must've hit her face because when I came to her aid, she was bleeding from a cut to the nose. We called EMT and they arrived on the scene and took care of her. A kind guest who was not part of the injured woman's party waited with her before I arrived - she relayed that the woman who fell had taken a strong edible less than two hours prior. Don't do drugs, kids! - IP

BAR Staff Observations: Greg held his own in Lobby bar during a pretty busy brunch service. I was able to give support when needed but he did well.  Bryan crushed opening Trees Lounge, restocking and dealing with a busy brunch solo.-LB

Trees was very busy from the time I got in around 4:45. When the closers got in, I was able to get Greg out of here, as Darius and Patrick were more than capable of handling Lobby bar together - Bryan stuck out another long one in Trees, as the bar was slammed and the dinner round in 1 and 2 were going off. Things mercifully slowed down for the final round. - IP

FOH Staff Observations: I do not know who is doing this, but all afternoon there has been a blue glass rack full of plastic cups. It doesn't appear anyone new is on, just flagging this.-LB

Sick Leave/ Call outs:
Ariel called out from floor.  Ariel is going to take a sick day tomorrow as well.  I am going to open tomorrow and Ian is going to close.-LB

86ed / counts on items: Miller high life, into the Sky is at 15, I tried to make more but we are out of Madeira.
86 Into the Sky until (if?) we're back up on Madeira.
86 Evil Twin IPA - IP

Prep List: Bounty Law, CLS,  2 FWWM, 2 Lemonade, intimate party mix, brown butter rum mix, 3 bloody concentrate, 1 bloody mix. -LB

Backed up Tornado Wrangler, Lemonade, Just Roar, CLS, and made more simple for tomorrow (good GOD so much sugar).
Didn't get to making another Margarita keg, but the one on the line is almost full, so it can def wait til tomorrow.
There is no more Laird's Apple Brandy in the liquor room - so if there are two bottles floating around the bars we can back up the Princes of Maine, otherwise, we need to order more.
Likewise for The Brutalist cocktail - can't make more til we get that sweet, sweet Madeira wine. - IP

Pay Outs: Lemons $
5200 - Deli for kitchen - $107 - IP

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping:

Baldor coming tomorrow.

Gonna need to order more Laird's Apple Brandy, Madeira Wine, Evil Twin, and cream sherry. - IP

Maintenance:
It would be wonderful if the flap to the ice machine would stop hitting everyone in the head. Unsure how to make this happen.-LB

Mobilebytes Issues:
A few things that had been 86ed seemingly came back on the menu? - LB

Seconding Lauren here - I definitely 86'd at least one item that then was back in stock on the computer leading to some confusion. Nothing major, but dunno how those things ended up being un-86'd.

Another item of note: the iPad POS attached to the drawer was indicating that it was charging, however the battery steadily drained throughout the night, leading to it dying in the middle of service. I removed the gift card reader and attempted to replace the plug/splitter thing, but the other splitter I plugged in didn't work. I put the old one back on without the gift card reader affixed to the iPad, and it began to charge and turned back on. The gift card reader is still functional, it's just not attached to the iPad. I will keep an eye on it to make sure it keeps charging. - IP
