Manager Communication: A foul stench is coming around the dishpit and the stairwell by family meal all morning. Sometimes vomiteque, sometimes ripe cheese. 
I ordered sink stoppers for legal DOH compliance. There were cambro corners in the cart that I ordered as well. There was a case of coupes in the cart that I removed, we have a full rack of coupes in the liquor room. -LB 

Management was all over it tonight. James and Jared were extremely helpful while we had a lovely little engagement party up in Trees. Extremely busy bar business tonight on top of the party because of the Snowmageddon that people did not want to go out into. Good lord the kids are horking down the lemonade - had to make a bunch of stuff to make sure we were up for the Dogman showings tomorrow. Overall, was a good night. - IP

Some guests specifically singled out Alayna as being a wonderful server and giving them an excellent experience tonight. Bravo! - IP

BAR Staff Observations: 
Matthew was still quite under the weather, so I cut him as soon as Lydia got in.-LB

I got Lydia out of here around 8:15, after some decent pushes in the first floor theaters. Patrick was a delight in the lobby. Gab, Jeshua and Greg handled trees without too much issue. There was a noticeable lack of communication between the three of them tonight, and I felt the need to step in and take charge a couple of times, expo-ing drinks to get people back on track. They all continue to be great at their jobs, but more communication is going to help us realize the things we set out to accomplish at the meeting we JUST had, which were not happening tonight, more frequently than I would like. - IP

Sick Leave/ Call outs: 
Matthew left early because he felt terrible. It was fairly manageable without him except at Trees when STB got out. I popped back to help until Gabrielle arrived. -LB 

Special Events?

A cute 20 or so person engagement party in the Mezz. They were all very nice and happy (who doesn't love love?) - she said yes and there was much merriment. The staff must've charmed them because they were very generous on top of the autograt. - IP

Maintenance: Alerted Matthew to some stalling on the gate, he came to take a look. Updates incoming...-LB
So the gate needs fixing and the guy cannot come until Monday. Matthew is working on fixing the magnetic lock, but if all else fails he will get padlock and chains. I will go tape on the gate so no one messes with it. -LB

All else failed, and we have locked the door with latches, floor locks, and chain and padlock. I'll be in tomorrow and know the procedure to get the door open, so we're good. - IP

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
