Manager Communication: The King of Klutzy (me) knocked over the toasted almond bitters when batching, it broke. I ordered a bottle to my house so we are sure to have it for the tasting on Tuesday.  I also ordered us a replacement bottle. LB

Customer Comments:

I had several guests complain at the bars about disruptive guests in their theaters tonight. I went into theater two to check it out, and there were some rowdy kids in a large party, and some disruptive guests in the front row. I spoke to them and there were no further incidents - but the uptick in people leaving the theaters to ask if they can speak to someone makes me worried we don't have as much presence in the theaters as we could/should during a Marvel run and an anticipated horror release. Just something I noticed today. - IP

BAR Staff Observations: Pretty good team work tonight but still looking for that ability to gel as a team 100% of the time in Trees on Saturday during the rushes.  -LB

I agree with Lauren - there is some stickiness with communication between some of the newer team members and the more seasoned staff, but tonight with some trying situations (we had to burn two wells at the same time due to some glass breakage - everything was fine and fortunately it happened during a lull in service bar tickets) the team came together and supported eachother and got through it. - IP

Lots of hustle today from everyone. Nice to see Erika back in rotation.-LB

Sick Leave/ Call outs: 

Jeshua text bar managers a little after noon to let us know that he was suffering from food poisoning and would not be able to make it in for his Trees closing shift.  We switched Lydia's shift from a lobby close to a Trees close, and Gabrielle will close lobby this evening.  Second Saturday in a row that Gabrielle has really bailed us out of a sudden callout situation, so I told her we would comp her an entree. JH

Staff Meeting Agenda notes:

I think someone we as managers can start doing is before a rush even begins, just anticipating it, reminding the more easily frazzled bartenders that they can take their time and that we are always going to be faster than the servers and that if it takes a minute and the tickets are just sitting there, that's okay. We have their backs and will pace stuff out as necessary. - IP

Prep List: 

Had to pull some Worthy Park from behind the bars to finish a batch of Organ Grinder Monkey, and are down to the last bottle in house. JH

Natasha got us batched up on Organ Grinder, FWWM, Dead man's chest, red hulk smash, margarita keg. Jenn batched up some PSP concentrate. -LB

I made lemonade and more simple - first thing tomorrow gonna need more Tornado Wrangler and Organ Grinder Monkey, but otherwise should be pretty okay to start the day. - IP

Kitchen ran out of OF Bourbon just before three.  Gus is already aware (kitchen placed a liquor request earlier in the week) and we have a case coming for kitchen sometime this week.  Just to keep track, I brought down one bottle of OF Bourbon to kitchen today. JH

Maintenance: 

I tightened the water fountain in Trees lounge it was wonky AF. -LB
